I took my brother for a procedure and met Dr. Fuca twice. I was so impressed by him and his assistant. He was very helpful so does his employee. He scheduled the second appointment very quickly for my brother. I was in the room to watch everything because my brother has limited English. He performed the procedure professionally. He knows what he is doing. I really appreciate his help to my brother.

I first met Dr. Fuca because my doctor in the same building had retired and transferred his file to Fuca. Since then about six year, this doctor has become progressively incompetent. He never seem to have time to engage with you for your visit, even though you have waited for some time to get one. He does not respond effectively to your questions. He does not seem to ask or want to ask his own questions. I became very discontent when he asked me, "what can I write for you today." I was not there to be given something (drug) that I did not want or need. Dr. Fuca is a useless doctor. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from him. Not at all like my previous doctor who knew what he was doing and was quite engaging. Fuca's receptionist is a duplicate of her master. Inefficient. Does not answer or return phone calls. Is very arrogant in answering questions or engaging you. Why does this province accommodate this medical incompetence. You better stay away. You have been warned

Dr Fuca only has a receptionist available for about 9 hours per week and does not return phone calls to book appointments. I called in October and was told that they were not setting up appointments at the time because he is booked all the way through the year and the receptionist does not know his availability upon that. Once you actually attend an appointment with Dr. Fuca, you will be rushed through the process as he does not have time to accommodate his patients. I recommend you find a doctor who wants to be a general physician and has time for his patients.

Dr. Fuca is a great Doctor I love the guy. His receptionist is the worst. I never have my calls returned, According to the voice message, their always seem to be on vacation. I'm presently looking for a new doctor.

I have called several times this week to book an appointment and Shelly has not returned any messages, this is not the first time this has happened. I will be talking to Dr. Fuca about this again and may be looking for another doctor if things don't improve.

I have called to make an appointment to see Dr. Fuca 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Nobdy has called me back. I'm not sure what do. Should I drive to his office to make an appointment? I am very, very fustrated. We all take our health very seriously. If anyone does return my call, I am sure I'll wait at least anther 3 weeks to see Dr. Fuca. Currently looking to find another family doctor.

Terrible terrible, receptionist doesnt call you back and Im not sure if Dr. Fuca even knows this. What kind of idiots are working at the front desk is beyond me, time to look for another doctor.

First off I'd like those say that those people who gave Dr. Fuca a good review must either be a relative who feels bad for him OR someone over the age of 80(Age of clients he seems to cater to.)Dr. Fuca seriously lacks any sort of social skills. He has zero bedside manner and his "personality" makes you feel very uncomfortable. He neglects to pass along referrals, his staff are incompetent and it's the most dysfunctional office I have ever seen in my life. The phone never gets answered and your calls rarely get returned. Ummm, hello people! We don't call you for the fun of it, we call you when we need care and are concerned about something! It can take weeks to even see him. Funny though, my grandmother will call because she can't fart properly and she gets in either that day or the next. Awful! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Fuca and am glad to be leaving his practice, along with other family members. I have never written a review before but this one was definitely worth my 3 minutes.

If you are looking for a good doctor, keep on looking, Dr Fuca is not for you. He is arrogant, never gives you an answer, you need to push to have him do a referral, always feel rushed and then his office staff have the nerve to say that it is importatnt for him to have his lunch at a certain time. Speaking of his staff, she never calls back, never answeres the phone, referrals never get done, she is just as arrogant as the doctor is. Dr Fuca start fixing your office and then improve your communication skills. I am done, found another doctor, half an hour away but worth the drive to get away from this one. Those positive reviews cannot be real, we cannot be talking about the same doctor!!! See for youself if you are desperate enough.

He Claims he can performs in office surgery. After trying him I found him an absolute disaster and he should be banned from performing surgery. He failed to remove small cyst in me. 5 Appointments for small cyst and the cyst was not removed. He took sample (biopsy) and performed nitrogen treatment, but only left with scar without removing the cyst. Not only is he a shame on all doctors but a shame to Ontario and Canada. Ask him to show you any successful records of any surgery done by him. G audit N usaar
