Denied what the real issue with the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries were. Said "still of reproduction age" and you don't need a hysterectomy for serious nature of my uterus and thus insinuating her religious beliefs were better than knowledge. Staff were consistently rude and demanded why I got a new gyno instead of coming back once the IUD that she implanted came out at work which created consistent bleeding until the new gyno removed the fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus which had cysts and fibroids. Wound not recommend!

Had my first visit today. The Dr was friendly, informative and let me know what to expect. I felt comfortable to talk about my issues. I would highly recommend her.

The receptionist is extremely rude . Her attitude was clear that she hates her job. My appointment was booked 3 months in advance and when I showed up on the day of appointment I was told the clinic’s entire system was done. They could not call to inform. In today’s day and age they could not find a cell phone to use. The doctor decided to work from home since they was no internet. The receptionist told me to sit in the waiting room and wait for the dr to call. I was expected to discuss my health issues in a waiting room with 10-12 other people. It has been 45 mins and still waiting. Very disappointed and do not recommend this dr and especially her receptionist to anyone.

Had been referred to dr goswami and felt she was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was saying she put in referrals I needed for pelvic pain clinic and for surgeon was happy with her and the staff who was able to get me in sooner then expected for my appointment

had a phone appointment yesterday from 4-6pm with Dr. Goswami they called me with an unknown number at 11 am while I was at work , when I called at 4 they told me the doctor would call you, she didn't call you yet. She never call me that day, then when I called to complain the next day they said their policy is that they can call anytime from 8AM - 6PM which was unbelievably absurd. I don't know how they expect their patients to sit by a phone waiting for an unknown number all day especially when they make you book an appointment.

Absolutely horrific reception staff! Cancelled by appointment 2 hours before after I took the day off work and they confirmed it that same morning! The doctor is good and helpful but it’s impossible to stick with seeing her when the scheduling is so brutal. Thanks for wasting my time

I was not happy with this Dr. as she dismissed my concerns about my fibroids growing. She did not even touch my abdomen and when I asked for an ultrasound she said said it would be a waste of healthcare money. I was very shocked by her saying this! I had to go back to my GP and when he examined my abdomen he ordered an urgent ultrasound & I had to have a hysterectomy due to fibroids growing so large and pressing on my organs.
