On July 7th, Dr. Goswami perforated my uterus during an IUD insertion. She did not check the strings and did not perform an ultrasound to confirm placement as is SOP in other reputable clinics. Left clinic in shock and extreme pain. I could not find the strings. Booked an appointment at the clinic to have it removed the following Monday as I was in an irregular amount of pain. Dr. Farag could not find the strings and told me to go to emerg. Many ultrasounds/exams later, the xray told the tale. The IUD was in my abdomen and I required emergency surgery to have it removed. Do not go to this incompetent doctor at this incompetent clinic. The staff at Columbia Square Medical Clinic called me once they received the xrays. I told the receptionist I was at VGH waiting for emergency surgery and her words were and i quote, 'oh, ok' and then she hung up the phone! No follow up from the clinic nor the doctor that ripped open ny uterus. Deplorable. Avoid this clinic, avoid this doctor. Spare yourselves the horrendous experience I have had.

Doctor's staff is very rude and irresponsible.They made my appointment a month ago and latter said they don't have appointment on that day for me.Instead of solving the issue they said they have other people to attend .Doctor need better staff .

Rude, abusive, argumentative, deceitful reception staff. Doctor would have better ratings, if she replaced them or trained them on basic etiquette. Clearly doctor doesnt care. There is enough feedback here on this site, for her to have acted on this issue, if she had wanted to.

I wish I could give her staff a -100!!! They are so frickin rude!!. They lie to you constantly. They cancel on you and dont even have the courtesy to inform you for days!! The staff doesnt do their job and blame you for missing appointments you never knew you had!!! The receptionists are rude and arrogant and extremely unprofessional!!!p

Dr. Goswami has been helping me with pelvic pain issues for about 6 months now, and she is far and away the most helpful doctor I have ever seen on this front. After 6 years without any attempts to find answers from numerous doctors, she has listened to everything I have had to say. It shouldn't be seen as such a phenomenal thing to have your pain treated as real and valid, but it really is, and she has made a world of difference to me.

they love to cancel on you last minute . . . don't care if you travelled from out of town. They will keep cancelling on you. they don't care. staff are super rude. will make you cry.

Hi Dr. Goswami, I don’t know if you ever look at this site... I just found out (from a mutual friend, she said it would be OK as you are sharing and being open with everyone) . I am so sorry you have to go through treatment for breast cancer. I have so many friends and relatives who are patients of yours. We are all praying for you and hope you are being taken care of as well as you have taken care of us. You have helped me through my cancer journey ( R. Sahota), I don’t know if you remember me. You can beat it! Hope you get well and back to seeing patients soon. We miss you!
