My doctor for over a decade. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of her work .

She always makes me feel like she doesn't care about my issues. Feels like everytime I see her she can't wait to be done with me. She is cold, never smiles, lacks sympathy and is emotionless. After sharing with her many of my traumatic experience, she left me crying in the room and walking away without helping me at all. I do not recommend her as a doctor. Not helpful at all and she is very hurtful. She doesn't care at all.

Excellent medical expertise and approach with patients. She is very committed to her work and takes time to answer questions and address concerns. My family has been extremely fortunate to be able to have her as our doctor.

I have seen many MANY doctors. By far Dr. Gagnon is the best that I've ever had. I don't know how anyone could say anything negative about her.

Went above and beyond normal family doctor and even contacted me on the weekend to notify me of test results.

A helpful and professional doctor who is both considerate and concise. She is very adept at accessing resources and quickly finds answers or referral to questions she can't immediately address.

I'm actually a bit surprised by some of the other comments, but my review is based on our family's experiences. My wife had difficult pregnancy with multiple issues and Dr. Gagnon was a terrific doctor throughout the entire process. She even had a lot of personal advice and suggestions from experience that went past what would be written in a medical book. When our baby was born we always made every effort to get her for each of our infant daughter's scheduled appointments. Our baby is selective in who tends to her care (trust me, some doctors/nurses have gotten a ear full!) and there was never an issues with Dr. Gagnon. My daughter had a few issues (jaundice, low weight, etc) and Dr. Gagnon was very helpful in each of our daughter's issues. I have personally seen her on a couple of issues and found she took a lot of extra time to listen and properly diagnose my symptoms: and I'm the type that just wants to get out of the doctor's office without saying or getting anything (e.g. prescriptions)! So my family experience, across a mom & dad & baby (probably at least 20 appointments total), was nothing but great experiences from a very passionate doctor. At times she can get excited and talk fast when she's trying to give her medical advice, but I'll take that energy any day and hope she always continues her passion for her patient's healthcare. The receptionist used to ask "when do you want to come in?" We'd reply, "when is Dr. Gagnon's next availability?"

Je suis suivie , ainsi que mes enfants parle Dr Gagnon depuis plus de 10 ans. elle est extrêmement compétente et sait expliquer et faire confiance à ses patients. certains critiquent son paraitre (elle ne sourie pas): je ne cherche pas un ami mais un médecin compétant et c'est exactement le cas du Dr Gagnon
