Like in so many other physician offices, the front line and booking staff have no customer service skills or empathy. That's a shame because Dr. Gonzalez and his nurse treat patients with respect and provide excellent care.

I would not recommend Bradenton Neurology to no one. I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis and I cant even get in to see the dr. I have been with Bradenton neurology since 2009. The staff suck and Connie treats you poorly. I call and call and barely even get a call back. If i do, they are no help. All i get is, were booked. Now as for Dr. Gonzalez, I did meet him one time, and i really liked him but i sure dont know where he practices at. I also liked Amy and Steven but stay clear of Connie. She will treat you poorly.

My daughter started seeing Dr. Gonzalez after being hospitalized for seizured while pregnant. I know Dr. Gonzalez through foitball practice. Very nive down to earth guy. However his stafc those receptionists or whatever they are at the front destk are terrible. Not courteus, not friendly. They act like we were inconveniencing them. They never answer the phone. I left several messages after my daughters last hospitalization never heard back from them. I overheard one of the receptionist bad mouthing a patient who had called and requested a call back. We walked out of that office for good. Mind that my doughter never met with Dr. Gonzalez outside the hospital. He was either on call at the hospital or busy somewhere else.

The VERY best Doctor out there. I would recommend Ralph to anyone needing his help. I have not found a more concerned Doctor in all my travels. He not only knows more but takes the time to explain everything. The staff is also excellent.

Always very helpful. Nurse is always able to answer my questions and if not she will get back to me by the next day. Dr. is always so nice and courteous, couldn't ask for a better experience.
