Dr Karasmanis is excellent! So patient, kind, thorough and doesn’t rush the patient. I took my 94 year old mother in for bowel issues and it was not a pleasant situation due to her circumstances however when Dr Karasmanis appeared things improved greatly and we can’t say enough good things about his care. Thank you Dr Karasmanis.

Amazing doctor and staff! I felt that I was given the best of care, Dr Karasmanis explained everything very clearly and had time for me and my questions. Despite the hustle bustle of the ER that Sunday he did not rush nor brush me off, I felt as if he truly cared. I also wish I could find a doctor like this in a practice! Many thanks.

I took my 8 year old to emerg at RVH for an allergic reaction. He was fantastic, caring and gentle! He really took the time to listen to my explanation of the event that brought us to the ER. He did an amazing job explaining how these reactions work and what to do in the case of future reactions. Dr Karasmanis is a gem!! I only wish he had a family practice in Barrie.

Dr. Karasmanis was very kind and explained to me all I need to know about the gallstone that was stuck. He told me about diet and pain meds. Thank you for your caring at the end of a long day.

Dr. Karasmanis set my mind at ease when troubling and persistent symptoms sent me to emerg. He obviously understands first-time expectant mothers, because when all the tests came back clear, he performed an ultrasound, giving my husband and me thorough reassurance that the baby was doing well. He also took care in suggesting pain relief solutions.

Dr. George was thorough and very reassuring, when my husband and I came in to make sure everything was okay after some worrisome pregnancy symptoms. He made me feel like coming in was the right thing to do and took his time to do a detailed ultrasound, assuring us that all is well.
