Excellent Doctor. Very thorough. Provided me with the care I needed when other doctors were stumped with what was going on with me. I am finally feeling better because of the medicine Dr. Karasmanis prescribed. I am very grateful.

Dr. Karasmanis is amazing. I fell on my face and sustained considerable damage to my mouth, He was able to save one of my upper teeth that was pointing inward by resetting it to its original position. His stitching of inner tissue of my lower lip was meticulous. He is definitely one of the kindest and most thoughtful doctors I have ever met.

Was in RVH ER for a kidney stone. Dr. K. was wonderful -- he apologized for the length of time that the CT scan took, which he didn't have to do. He put my mind at rest, was very kind and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a positive experience with my child in the emergency department at RVH. The nurses and staff were great, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, and Dr. Karasmanis was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

Was recently in RVH emergency and was seen by Dr. Karasmanis. Extremely thorough, detailed, and kind. Read all the other reviews and its wonderful to see that this doctor continues to provide impeccable treatment after all these years. Even called me at home with more information after I was released. There are many doctors that are born to be good doctors and then there are a rare few that are born to be excellent doctors such as Dr. Karasmanis. We are blessed to have him at RVH. Thanks again.

As below, you're lucky if they call your name and you get him! I was brought in on a spine board after being hit by a car. He was great! He checked me over thoroughly, and we even got in a couple of jokes along the way. Keep it up!
