Dr. Soon is very nice and caring. He is willing to spend the time with me & my family members. I had a prostate surgery (TURP) on December 4, 2013 with a temporary stent for 4 weeks. Before the removal of prostatic stent, I had developed a few situations (I.e. pee with blood) and had to talk to Dr. Soon through receptionist. I was surprised that I got the phone call back in less than 5 minutes. His explanation was crystal clear & I understand fully. The most important thing is that he is taking away my fear & my worry. I now fully recovered exactly like he has described before my surgery & I am peeing as if I am 18 again. I highly recommended Dr Soon.

Dr. Soon is a very good doctor. I came to the Emergency Room with very bad pain. Dr. Soon helped me. He treated my kidney stone with laser surgery to break up the stone. Dr. Soon took his time to answer my questions and he doesn't treat you like a number. He is also using prevention to help me avoid more painful kidney stones.

A very good doctor. He is very helpful and clear. The receptionist is not very good and wait times can be long. My 82 year old father had to wait almost 2 hours. Location and stairs can be difficult for older patients.

Dr. Shawn Soon did a TURP operation on me on April 3, 2013. Two days later, I can now pee like a race horse without any pain. He made me feel at ease and confident before and after the surgery. He is a friendly, caring, intelligent and knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Soon.

Dr Soon is a very good Dr. He listens and care to his patient. However, his receptionist is too busy and hard to schedule an appointment. No good customer service.

very nice and caring who doctor who is willing to spend the time with you to discuss your needs and not in a rush!his receptionist is a little young, but i never had a problem with her. a lot of the elderly patients seems to have problems with her, but i haven't (maybe its a communication issue?). but i wouldn't let the staff deter you from going to see him!

Dr. Soon helped me through a tough battle with cancer, which I am now cured of and back to my life. The whole time was very honorable, respectful, and informative to me and my family. I highly recommend Dr. Soon.
