Dr. Krakowsky is an absolute hero!! I was having constant pain due to a testicular torsion, he saw me quickly, ran me through the options (both surgical/non-surgical), ran me through the risks involved, and had me feeling at ease the whole time.

I cannot emphasize how highly I regard Dr. Krakowsky.
I was referred by my Doctor for pyronies. To say I was terrified by my initial assessment is an understatement and yet, from the moment I met Dr. Krakowsky, he put me at ease and let me know this is a common problem and he will try his absolute best to help. As others have mentioned, his humility and sense of humour are outstanding. He fully explained what my options were and we proceeded to undergo treatment. Its been four months now and while it sounds cliché, I have a new lease on life. I cant thank Dr. Krakowsky enough for helping me.
I would urge any man who is having medical issues, to not worry, don't be nervous. This man will help you and no matter how embarrassed you are, he's seen it and dealt with it. He's amazing!

My partner chose to have TRS surgery with Dr. Krakowski because of his expertise in urology, also the fact that there were some complications as a result of a previous surgery; of which we were unsure would impact the ability for her to go ahead with the procedure. Throughout the process we were thoroughly impressed by the level of care from Yonah, Emery and the entire team at Women's College. The impact of this surgery on my partner has been both life changing and life saving and we cannot thank them enough for providing this absolutely vital and necessary service for the trans and gender diverse community.

I don't want to say his sense of humour is his strength as a medial doctor, but it is. While his qualifications and abilities are absolutely unquestionable.....it is his ability to connect, relate, and be genuinely friendly which is so refreshing. He is my Godsent doctor. I have been Dr. Krakowsky's patient for almost 5 years. Four months ago, my family doctor ordered some routine tests and referred me to a different urologist regarding my high PSA reading. Eventually, I got an appointment with that doctor for mid June. In addition, I contacted Dr. Krakowsky. Both him and his assistant Essi were very prompt in booking my additional tests and procedures as well as referring me to a PMH specialist. If you see a different urologist, try to switch to Dr. Krakowsky! He will not let you die while waiting for an urgent care you might need!

I had surgery on a Friday Junen3, 2022 and Dr Krakowsky was punctual, explained carefully everything in detail to me in terms that were easily understood. His bedside manners were impeccable and courteous. In the operating room he did something that I have never experienced before from other surgeries. He commanded everyone's attention as to the upcoming procedure and to ensure that all was in order and understood. After the surgery he was at my bedside in the recovery room to make sure I was OK and explained hiw things went. During my discharge from the hospital he gave me his contact details and told me to contact him if I have any problems or follow up questions. The following day, Saturday I had a question and he responded within minutes. I know that our doctors are so stressed within the Canadian Health Care System but it is so refreshing to have someone like Dr Krakowsky that goes beyond the norm to be so caring and not to mention so skillful in his field. I hope he stays in Toronto and not get wooed by some other jurisdictions that are probably lined up at his door. Thank You Dr Krakowsky, you're the best in my books so far. TLC
