Dr Soon's receptionist is really unprofessional, wasn't even qualify for her everyday job. So far I've booked through her two appointments with Dr Soon, but two times I went to the wrong place, because she "forgot" to tell me where to go, and I make the wrong assumption because of that.

I have tried to go and see him, but Dr Soon's receptionist was most unhelpful, she pretty turned me away. Th referral letter was sent by the family doctor and the receptionist basically said she has no time to print it off and give it to the Dr. Very rude and condescending. The office doesn't even have a proper Lot # so you can find it easily. Dr Soon should hire better staff.

Dr. Soon is very friendly, polite, and answer questions precisely, these days it is very difficult to have specialist that still care about the patient's feeling, and willing to listen.

Hands down, best doctor I have seen in a long time. Definitively no complaints here.
