Complete waste of an appointment. I waited over two months for a two minute useless appointment. Administration keeps terrible records and never answer the phone.

I have seen doctor Soon a few times. He is very polite, friendly and helpful. He explains things very well, has an excellent bedside manner, and is very patient. In my opinion finding a doctor with one of these qualities is difficult. Finding one that has them all is almost unheard of. Very happy with him. Highly recommend.

My last visit was not a pleasant one. He could've shown more empathy and show that he understand my frustrations regarding my pain. I felt that he was rushing to see other patients.
