Dr. Martin has amazing technology to diagnose the underlying reason for dry eye disease. She has been my optometrist for many years and I am very pleased with her care.

I ended up seeing her by fluke as I had an eye 'emergency' and my regular optometrist's office was closed. Her office had a last-minute availability and I took it. It actually was the best 'fluke' imaginable. Dr. Martin, in 10 (very efficient) minutes, diagnosed my eye condition; a diagnosis which was missed by several previous health/ eye care professionals.

She was an excellent blend of friendly and professional. She actually seemed like she cared. She personally got in touch with the ophthalmologist to see if I could be seen sooner. This is not the kind of care one typically gets in our health care system, so I was very pleasantly surprised. I am considering switching from my current optometrist to her as a result. It was a happy accident to have come across her : )

Have been a client for years. Referred friends and family when possible. You’re in very good hands : excellent with kids to adults. Approach is blended - technically correct as well as what suits your situation. Practices with a lot of heart; staff are similar in this regard as well.

Amazing optometrist. I've been with her for over a decade... Maybe even two! She is efficient, caring and takes the time and measures necessary to make sure everything is in good order. I've had my share of issues with my eyes and she has always been able to accomodate me when I needed it most.
I also appreciate that the whole staff is bilingual.

I had an emergency and she saw me right away. Yesterday, I had a question and called. The receptionist told she would ask her and call me back, which she did a minute later (wow, people that actually follow-up). She mentioned that I could come in to ease my concerns, saw me the same date and no additional fees. She and the staff were very friendly both times.

I came to see Dr Martin based on these reviews and the fact that she was close to my home. Her eye exam was super fast and I felt rushed, but decided to get the glasses anyways. The second I put my glasses on I felt dizzy and nauseous, but she told me to keep trying to wear them and it was normal. So I kept using them over 3 months and still the same thing, with daily headaches and my eyes felt fatigued all the time. I finally switched back to my old glasses and problem went away. I went to see another eye doctor and turns out she made my glasses too strong.

Love love love Dr. Martin. She is absolutely the best. I recommend her to anyone needing an eye doctor. She is very friendly and she remembers you and things about you even if you only go every two years. I live on the other side of the city and continue to visit her because she is so amazing.
