Excellent spécialiste qui a su régler les problèmes de glucose et hypoglycémie qu'avait ma mère et rétablir son santé. En plus d'être spécialiste en diabète, il est sensible aux besoins et aux particularités du patient en prenant le temps de répondre aux questions du patient et de la famille et expliquer les choses avec un langage approprié. Sans son intervention, la santé de ma mère se serait détériorée sans doute. Nous lui sommes infiniment reconnaissant de son implication et de son dévouement envers notre mère.

Dr. Chauret has a pleasant personality, however his knowledge of medicine is limited to the amount of medical literature on any given subject he has read. He tends to categorize patients into a text book, thus it does not matter what the patient says about symptoms, Dr. Chauret will dismiss such symptoms if they don't fall within the outdated medical literature he once familiarized himself with. He is the type of doctor that if you approached him with a gun shot wound, he would take your temperature, blood pressure & a blood test to figure out what's wrong with you, then provide a diagnosis of fatigue syndrome and send you on your way. One day he'll be a good doctor, but not today.

I was referred to Montfort because of Gestational Diabetes. I found my whole experience there to be very unpleasant and rushed. Dr Chauret is friendly but I felt very rushed and any questions I had I was told to ask the nutritionist or my midwife. I had to remind him to give me a prescription and when he did it was for the wrong thing. Overall, unimpressed and happy to be done with this department.
