Rude staff, they won't make eye contact, roll their eyes when patients walk up to the counter. Sanders is no better, he gives one word answers to questions and seems annoyed in conversations , as if he can't be bothered to be dealing with human beings. One visit was enough for me to go to another Urologist where I'm treated respectfully and with dignity.

Dr. Sanders has been treating my mother for 1 1/2 years. She actually moved to Atlanta for his care. He is an exceptional physician and his office staff are courteous and caring as well. He also cured my mother-in-law of bladder cancer and he is very deserving of his Atlanta Top Doctor Awards. If you are in need of a urologist look no further.

I have know Holt Sanders for nearly 2 years now, since he diagnosed me with cancer of the ureter and removed the tumor. Unfortunately, the cancer metastasized and I am currently fighting secondary tumors in the lymph nodes. I have the highest regard for his technical competence, based on my own impressions, numerous remarks by other doctors and nurses, and his selection twice as one of the best doctors in Atlanta (Atlanta Magazine). (My Internist referred to him as the "gold standard".) However, as I've come to know him in the course of my treatment, I've realized he is a very decent and truly exceptional human being. It was clear throughout that he cared deeply about getting the best possible outcome me. I have literally trusted him with my life and I would again. I have complete confidence in him professionally and personally.

Dr. Sanders recently performed my vasectomy and he did an excellent job at answering my questions and minimizing my anxiety leading up to the procedure. The supporting staff was very professional and I came away feeling that I had been taken very good care of -- very easy!

I have to correct my evaluation of Dr Sanders. After 6 years,3 surgeries, I was told they hadn't done a complete kidney/bladder test in 3 years. The results were not good. The reoccurring bladder tumors seemed to be the result of questionable area 2 inches below the kidney. The Dr wanted to operate on the bladder,put a stint into the kidney, get a biopsy and then wait a week for results before operating again. I left his office in April,canceled the surgery and have never heard a word from that office again.

I have been a patient of Dr Holt Sanders for over 3 years. I can say that being a female with reoccurring bladder cancers that he is one of the most courteous,kind, uplifting human beings I have ever met, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable,answers every question I have ever asked him and unlike many Dr's I have seen in the past 60+ years treats me as an intelligent human being. I literally trust this Dr with my life.
