Will never get used to taking a number to just register in Oncology, wait forever and then have doctor talk so fast your head is spinning and then they wonder why you cannot make a decision about something so imperative to your health, only to be told that you don't have to do anything by him and his staff. Complete unprofessional with no compassion, so rude. The use of a hallway for day surgery patients to wait in gowns is completely embarrassing and unacceptable.

Very big hospital but staff is not nice very rude. I had to book an appointment for ultrasound. I asked the lady at x-ray counter. She was extremely rude and disrespectful didn't provide me the answer where can i book it since i was unable to find where to go. It takes a quick second to answer however she chooses to ruin someone's day by being extremely disrespectful. Very disappointing experience.

It is time for a complete overhaul at William Osler. With 80% bad reviews I cannot believe no one has taken any action on behalf at f the people who go there. I spent 2 Days here doing tests with no results, Thank god my family doctor insisted on a CT scan . After being sent home with no follow up , it was discovered I had cancer . The Er is the worse I have ever seen . If you really care about your health , Please do not go here . Read the reviews . Notice Almost all are bad?

Incompetence at many levels try to speak to anyone all you get is their voicemail and a promise to call you back within 2-3 business days, What a joke. Called the Reception, get a voice greeting " the office is now closed and to call back during business hours" Hello it was 9;30 am. What is really sad is that there are some real good staff working at this hospital that are being dragged down by some very incompetent ones.....

My husband received exceptional care here recently. He came into the hospital emergency with extremely low hemoglobin count, and was dealt with quickly to receive transfusions, and was examined and tested to find the source of his internal bleed, and was operated on within the week and the result has been excellent. He's feeling much better and is hopeful of a full recovery.

I was absolutely disgusted with the disrespect nurses gave a elderly man ! I am in health care I never have seen something so terribly disgusting!

Disgustingly long wait times in the ER! I overheard they are short staff, have closed beds, and keep patients in hallways due to lack of rooms in the hospital. The admin girls in the er are especially rude, and if you ask them anything, they snap at you like they have better things to do (other than your job?) The fat one with curlie hair is the worst; so rude she ruined my experience coming to this hospital Er! Dont bother the nurses they are too busy to discuss anything with you; they are overworked with not enough resources it seems.

Took my wife to the wound clinic with a heel ulcer. The attending doctor did not even bother to look at her heel. All they did was to change the dressing with no advice as to further care. We left with an impression that this hospital visit was just a waste of time.

My brother was William osler in pain the doctor on duty could find anything wrong he send home and three day later still in pain he decide to go see his family doctor there he colase he was broughtwith Ambulance to this same hospital they do all the test still. This hospital could not find the problem so we take my brother to credit valley hospital the do all test doctor said you not going home until we find out what wrong in evening we got the new that he has the liver cancer next day the surgery was done and his start it chemotherapy and today my happy to said if not Credit valley hospital my brother wifi be dead my family will never go to William osler is terrible
