I wish there was a negative rating button. i was admitted to the CHAD unit for depression and a suicide attempt, and attempted suicide under there watch again. a nurse told me to “pull myself together”. im 16. staff are rude, untrained abd un professional. no one cares about you or your health. if you or your child need to be admitted , please drive to any hospital that isnt william oslyer. worst hospital ive ever been to.

Worst hospital ever! Look busy do nothing-or drag everything to next level. Nurses attitude 'ask us nothing' doctors response 'plz wait to ask question (hoping patients will eventually forget)

Had all 3 kids here. Very impersonal experience, got treated like a lab rat instead of a human . Got told by a nurse to not make so much noise while pushing out my baby. My epi took 5 pokes to get right and the nurses acted like it was my fault and were very rude to me. The docter who delivered was late and hardly said 2 words to me. During my 3rd labour and del, I was in the hospital 2 nights and never even was given a pillow. THE ALARMS GO OFF ALL NIGHT EXTREMELY LOUD KEEPING All new mom and babies awake all night. At 2:00a.m. cleaning staff came in and started cleaning my entire shared room with bleach which I am allergic to. The nurse gave me a paper and pen to record every time baby ate, pood, and slept, which wasn't my job as a new mom. When I returned home after giving birth I had been awake 56 hours straight

I had a couple of visits lately to Brampton Civic..I was triaged rather quickly ,found staff very pleasant ,then went ATC.At ATC it was very busy but I found the nurses care was really good .I had seen two different doctors who again were very nice ,took the time to listen to my concerns and did what they could for ,me .They were very professional and I really appreciate there great efforts .I found they all worked hard to get people seen to and get them on there way .Many thanks to all .

Terrible service for taxpayers no one care for patients only one doctor in night in emergency are you running hospital in Uganda or Canada

My father caught an infectious disease at this hospital called sepsis and died. He went to the hospital with a different problem and it was fixed but came out with Sepsis which killed him The doctors and nurses on the ward were incompetent. Avoid this hospital if you can it's horrible.

Avoid going to this hospital, it’s full of incompetents especially the emergency room doctors. The wait times are half day to full day.

Terrible hospital ever seen. They dont care about your health.

I stayed at Brampton Civic hospital 7 days following emergency surgery, was very happy with the level of service and the nursing staff was wonderful. That was after being misdiagnosed in ER 3 nights earlier. Overall I was satisfied.

NEVER have enough doctors, always minimum 4 hours.
