The worst doctor I have ever met. No bedside manners, extremely rude. He was the on call doctor and refused to see me and asked to get the next doctor.

He delivered our baby at the Oshawa hospital. Explained to us what were the issues, how he dealt with them and within few minutes he managed to get the baby out. I would recommend him

Please don't do it. Don't make him your OB if you have the choice. I'm plus size and he delivered my baby. When I went to see him for my 6 week check up, I told him I'd had an infection and was given antibiotics for a fluid collection. He went to look at it, and pushed on it so HARD. I swear it burst internally. He also used his fingers to tug at my c section scar to open it slightly. He basically said, "if the pain is worse just go to the ER they will cut it and drain it." Unsurprisingly, I'm at the ER tonight because my scar burst. Even if it was his intention he should have warned me. He should have cared more than to give me a prescription to placate me knowing that the ER would pump me full of antibiotics since I now have an open wound. He also blamed this on my weight saying it was a complication due to being overweight. Now while this may be true, there are ways to say it while being less dismissive. I've also lost 40.lbs since my c section and it's weeks later? Something was wrong here. At the end of the day, I limped out of his office because of his poking and pushing and he didn't care. Like I said. Don't do it.

Ibrahim thank you ! you have my gratitude, respect and appreciation because of your Professionalism , your kind and gentle way with how you treated me as a patient and person, i have worked alongside many physicians and been treated by many in my past and i can count on one hand how many i've encounted that were humble and kind giving me direct eye contact as we discussed my case and how to proceed. You are a Godsend in your field of expertise. I am very fortunate to have been recommended to you by my family Dr. thank you so much for being a Dr. i can totally respect and recommend .. it's so rare today. You saved my life when you diagnosed me and cured me from my uterine cancer.. I can't believe that I'm walking now with almost no scars in my body after my laparoscopic hysterectomy. thank you.

A doctor that really listens. Super straight forward with your options and willing to help and hear your concerns. I've visited multiple times over the last several months for a persisting issue.

I was sent to him by the EPAU program to rule out an ectopic. Well the ultrasound clearly showed I was having an ectopic pregnancy. & due to my history I am unable to take methotrexate. His way to treat me was for me to come back in a couple days. I was not comfortable with this and he made me feel incompetent when telling him this. Also just kept shoving it in my face he’s the “chief” of OB which he isn’t. Anyway went for a second opinion elsewhere and had emergency surgery within 5 hours. The doctor who did preform surgery said if I I had left it much longer my tube would of ruptured. So needless to say Dr. John you almost killed me and I will NEVER return to you. Nor will any family or friends of mine.

Dr. Ibrahim saved my life. I had a 14 cm fibroid growing in my uterus which was successfully removed by him in March. I had been to three other highly recommended doctors from different parts of the GTA before him who wasted my time and gave me no clear direction about next steps. I got advise like, 1. "leave it inside, you might be able to get pregnant, if you do then come to me", 2. "what do you want to do?" and 3. "take this pill, it may help it shrink". Dr. Ibrahim, doesn't sugar coat things and goes straight to the point and lays it all out on the table for you, which, many people might find rude. If you go to him with twenty questions, by the time he is done explaining the situation and giving his expertise, you are left with two questions or less. After wasting almost two years on other doctors, I wanted a doctor who knows his job, doesn't waste my time and who could tell me exactly what my options are and I found that with him. He checked on me more than a couple of times after my surgery and kept my husband informed through phone about my surgery and recovery while I was hospitalized as my husband was not allowed inside the hospital due to Covid. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. His receptionist Carrie is an absolute joy to interact with.

Where do I start? This was the most horrendous experience with him. From start to finish he was rude, wouldn’t let me speak, cut me off, told me I was basically wasting his time and what I came in for was no big deal (it was to me!) I will be getting a second opinion because I left feeling defeated and uncomfortable. His receptionist is lovely though!

If you need an OBGYN go see Dr. Ibrahim! He is easy to talk to and understanding. I can tell he really cares about what is going on whenever I see him. He is truly everything you could want in a doctor. So wonderful!

This OB has zero bedside manners! The nurses encouraged me throughout my labour and delivery. He had the audacity to stand from a distance yell push once or twice then order for an emergency csection when I was 9cm dialeted! Follow up he didn’t even make eye contact or any conversation but straight to the point in an extremely rude manner with a sour attitude! Not pleased with this OB at all! Definitely would not recommend.
