Dr. Ibrahim did my endometriosis surgery and I honestly feel really grateful that he was my doctor. He was calm, professional, and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and I always felt like I was in good hands. My recovery went better than I expected and I really appreciate the care and skill he put into everything. I feel lucky to have had him as my surgeon and I would definitely recommend him.

I had a consultation with Dr. Ibrahim last week regarding my endometriosis, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Dealing with this condition can be incredibly stressful, but Dr. Ibrahim’s approach made me feel heard and supported from the moment I walked in. What sets him apart is his comprehensive approach to care. He took the time to discuss all of my medical and surgical options in great detail, ensuring I understood the pros and cons of each. Beyond just the clinical side, he also provided invaluable advice on diet, sleep, and meditation, showing that he truly understands how lifestyle impacts chronic pain management. It is rare to find a specialist who is not only an expert in their field but also demonstrates such genuine compassion and holistic insight. He truly cares about his patients' overall well-being. If you are looking for an OBGYN who is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, Dr. Ibrahim is the best choice

I had to have a massive cyst removed via keyhole laparoscopic surgery. The surgery went well, he was able to remove the entrie mass. He did have to remove part of the ovary and he did discover I have severe endometriosis so he took his time working on removing that as well. He was super kind during recovery while at the hospital and called me within the first two days after surgery to check on me. I am thankful he was able to remove the mass. He took care and compassion when giving the news of endometriosis as wanting a child is something I would eventually like to have. He can be straightforward but that is how I personally like news to be delivered. All the team was phenomenal (both clinic and hospital staff).

I had a consultation with Dr. Ibrahim this week, and I left feeling better and had a clear plan for surgery. Took time to examine, answer questions, and consider my priority, which is to preserve my ovaries while I remain within childbearing age.

I just me with Dr Ibrahim in his office today. Great bedside manners. He has the ability to simplify things nicely. Use his scratch paper to help you understand your condition and your treatment options. I'm a visual person and found that very helpful.

Amazing experience. I came to see Dr Ibrahim for uterine prolapse. He performed a robotic hysterectomy with suspension and everything went great. His staff Karry is amazing as well. Highly recommend him and his team.

So, this has taken me a while to put into words, but Dr. Ibrahim saved my life & bettered my quality of life. I waited from end of Oct/24 until beginning of July/25 for an appointment. I held out for it because I saw his amazing reviews, which are so well deserved; from the moment he walked into the room, he was kind, compassionate, empathetic, and from my referral had a hunch about my Dx. He explained everything to me & *apologized* for how I’d been treated in the past by other OBGYNs in Durham Region. He asked for time to examine my operative notes from my hysterectomy in '21 & did so speedily—two weeks later he was confident we should do an exploratory laparoscopic surgery, though gave me complete agency. His words of “I’m here to support you” meant so much to me. I was able to have the surgery at the beginning of Oct/25 (so fast, I got whiplash!). It was such a different experience! I was nervous, but the nurse prepping me told me he was the best, especially for my particular issue. It wiped away my anxiety completely. The surgery found I had severe adhesions, my bowel stuck to my abdomen and my ovaries to my bowel & cervix. He took his time (2.5 hours!) & fixed everything. He was there when I woke up and told me I’ll feel much better now—he has no idea how much that put me at ease, or maybe he does. He also left me photos from the procedure, and called me directly the next day to explain a bit about what he found. He was also great keeping my mum informed. I’ve had a pretty smooth recovery (thankfully!) and my six week follow-up was today. He was genuinely happy that I look so much better & was pleased with my healing. I can’t thank him enough. He truly is such a gem in his specialty. It actually makes me tear up because in the ~20 years seeing a gynaecologist, I have never had one as respectful & kind. It was honestly weird not being gaslit or snarled at for asking questions/seeing him. I am forever grateful for him, and that he’s my doctor, as he also assured me that he’s still gonna be there if I need anything. He was well worth the 9 month wait!
