Everything about my visit to urgent care was excellent. The front desk staff were kind. The triage nurse was professional and validated my concerns. Then when I saw Dr. Vaghadia I was more impressed. I have never in all my years been treated with utmost respect and time. He explained to me in simple detail what was happening with my medical concern. He was as well kind, friendly, professional, and intuitive. He could sense my worry and knew how to reassure me. Unbelievably professional! Amazing team and clinic! Super thankful to know that this kindness exists!

I am pregnant and was having bleeding. Like many people, I turned to Google and I thought the worst. He was amazing. Really really amazing. I was at my worst and he asked all the medical questions, took time to comfort me, and explained everything about what was going to happen next, even those little questions that you only think of once you leave. He has to be one of the nicest doctors ever. I will always be thankful for him.

Dr. V is AMAZING with children!! My daughter is petrified of going to the doctor and the dentist. I was SO anxious about going to the urgent clinic because she always crys but this was the total opposite!! Even though she's very young, he explained everything to her and she actually smiled!! No tears! Now she keeps showing people how wide she can open her mouth LOL. Thank you!!!!

I took my mother in to the urgent care because her family is away on holidays. He had great bedside manner. He was very warm, asked lots of questions and explained what he was thinking. He smiled a lot too which was nice, or so I think because he had a mask on but I'm pretty sure.

Dr. V saw my son at the clinic and was absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience and after we left my son kept talking about how much he liked him. I would go back in a second to see him

He helped me so much. Even when I cried, he gave me a tissue, sat next to me and made me feel heard. He is a real human being and I can't thank him enough.

He is a great doctor. The wait times were fairly long because the waiting room was full however once I was put into a room, I was seen promptly. He quickly honed in on the problem and ordered some tests. He called me the next day to tell me the results and wrote a prescription that fixed the problem. He is smart, quick on his feet and friendly. With all the problems in healthcare in the province, this visit was a bright spot.

I saw him at the Northeast urgent care and he was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

He is great with children. Really warm and answered all of our questions!
