I was visiting Vancouver from Connecticut, USA in anticipation of a cruise to Alaska when I became sick. I've heard many things about the Canadian healthcare system, not all of which are positive, so I did not exactly know what to expect. I was seen at a local urgent care which was different from those we have at home. Even though it was smaller, the clinic was very clean and modern. The front desk staff were polite and matter-of-fact about registering patients at the start of the day. There were two nurses who went about triaging patients, both of whom were kindly and efficient, moving patients along in the motherly way that nurses do. I waited about 35 minutes before being taken into a room to see a doctor, and another 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Vaghadia. He reminded me of my own family doctor. He was warm, quick to laugh, and asked a few 'get to know me' questions before going about his diagnostic questions. He added in explanations of why he asked certain questions and what things he was considering as we spoke, information which I appreciated, even if I did not remember it. He wrapped up in about 10 minutes, gave some parting information, a prescription "in case things got worse" on the cruise, and made sure I knew where I was going to get home. It may have been only a simple visit, but the care delivered at the urgent care was very positive. The visit with Dr. Vaghadia left me feeling quite pleased and appreciative of both his helpfulness in a professional sense as well as his friendly manner.

Saw my mom out when she was in urgent care. She does not speak English and many doctors are in and out without really listening. Dr. V was the total opposite, took the time to ask questions and explained everything to us. My mom was so happy.

Dr. V is very personable and takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand. He and the rest of the people at the hospital were very kind. They helped me feel much better and I was able to come home after a few days. God bless.

Dr. Vaghadia helped my husband in hospital. I cannot say enough about him. He is a FANTASTIC doctor. He would come by to give updates every day when I was visiting, and call on days when I could not make it in. My husband made it home in time for Christmas. My blessings to this doctor and the rest of the people at the hospital at this time of year.

Dr. Vaghadia changed my life. I cannot thank him enough. I saw my own GP in June of 2022 and got nowhere. Once I saw him at Urgent Care, I was taken care of - needed emergency and if it wasn't for Dr V i would have been in pain alot longer. Thank you !! he is amazing!!!

Top notch care. Chatted a bit after. Wish more docs did that. Reminds me of my family doctor back in the day. Staff were great.

Dr. Vaghadia is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I only wish he was my family doctor.
