I booked surgery for a BA and literally, the next day was informed by my family doctor that I was unsuitable for the surgery at that point. After hearing that I wanted to cancel, his Patient Coordinator and staff became extremelly hostile. They kept $3000 of my deposit after less than 24 hours of issuing it. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who has a choice. There are just as qualified Doctors and Surgeons in the GTA, as Dr. M who genuinely care for your well being, rather than making fast money.

I want to express my gratefulness for your kindness and understanding. It was an honour to meet you--you knew exactly what I needed and you truly exceeded my expectations. In addition, I want to thank your staff--they are exceptional & very compassionate.

I will never forget the day I met this doctor, I made an appt for a consult and was told it would be $150, I had seen him on T.V. and had heard he was very good at what he did so i paid the fee to see him and told the receptionist that it was for a breast reduction, I went to see him and he takes a look at my breasts and says" is there any other part of your body you would like to fix making reference to my stomach, I was so shocked I couldnt even speak, I have never been so embarrased and humiliated in my life, and after that he then informs me he doesnt do breast reductions, so why they didnt tell me that before i made an appt b/c he is a con artist and I wasnt given a refund, He is all about himself, and if you are not rich he treats you like dirt, I have never met a doctor who makes people feel so embarrased and humilated about themselves, I only hope that one day he will be treated the way he has treated so many people
