I have been very impressed with this talented surgeon. I received a midface lift, neck lift , brow lift, and fraxel treatments which I am still finishing. The results are just what I hoped for. People comment frequently on how rested and youthful I appear. He definitely knows how to refine your appearance so you look more attractive but I do not have that "done" look that everybody fears . I also am seeing steady improvement in my skin quality which has been problematic for me due to acne and acne scarring. I think that this is the thing that thrills me the most. I have complete confidence in him and would go to him again without question. I am very appreciative of his surgical expertise and the results that I have attained . I only wish that I had done it sooner.

I found him to be VERY rude. I asked for a revision, this time with smaller implants, and he was so rude that I can't tell you what he said. He may be a good plastic surgeon (I can't rate him on that), but I sure can rate him on his attitude. Quite rude, and no time taken with me at all. So I'm going with a local guy, who is at least polite!

I had a soft lift performed by Dr. Mulholland. His expertise and confidence in his work made me feel that my face was in good hands. He also assured me that IF there might be anything I was not happy with for whatever reason, he would inject an enzyme to bring the area back to its original state. His staff is really professional and friendly at the same time.

Went in for my apt.,waited too long. As I talked about what I wanted he listened, took notes, and in the end we even joked a bit. He is fun, knowlegable but I will say he does not take his time when doing the work.I had 'vulumalift'I believe it's called and he was in such a hurry he put in WAY TOO MUCH on one side, crooked on the other also. I waited weeks for it to settle but it was not. I went back and said 6 things wrong and he did agree. So again I went through the pain and so forth AND dished out another 3$ grand. I PAID FOR HIS MISTAKE !!! He also did not rub/massage where he injected me the first time so YOU COULD SEE PEE SIZED LUMPS ALL OVER MY FACE!!! I went in to look better not worse and had to pay for his mistakes. I could not leave my house for them weeks. The second time I told him to massage it. Fraxile like procedure was next-NEVER ! Not if HE paid ME. Told me injections would last close to 2 yrs. It's been 6 months and it's gone.Six grand for nothing still lopsided!

When refusing to age gracefully key factors to consider are:your doctor’s artistry and your spine as a patient.When beauty is in the eye of the beholder,meaning whom you are paying to take up the needle/knife,it’s essential to get a sense of their aesthetic and have a clear idea of your own.I would compare Dr. Mulholland’s abilities to a talented fine artist having the flair of a top designer.Someone who can see with his well trained expert eye utilizing the latest equipment/techniques.I had SmartLipo (liposuction)/skin tightening to the neck area, Botox, soft tissue injectable filler(using Juverderm/Voluma)and Fractional laser treatment to facial areas.From the initial consultation,prep/support from Dr. Mulholland/his experienced staff,during the actual procedures/follow up,every point of contact was more than I expected and so were the results!I have had to get used to compliments on how great I look knowing that the changes were significant to me, but subtle for most people.

I too wish I had seen this site before my facelift. I went in for a consultation and was told I should should get much more done than I had wanted. When I took time to think about it, his money hungry co-ordinator, Audry, called me everyday to pressure me into getting everything done. I was stupid enough to do it and have regretted it ever since. After the facelift I ended up with some nerve damage and he had the nerve to tell me that I looked like Jean Cretian. Another time he told me that mouth looked like a tetter-totter(slanted). He tried to fix it with botox but that made it even worse. I look like I was deformed with a stroke. He told me if anyone asked just tell them I had Bell's Palsy! UNREAL! After the surgery my ears stuck off which they did they did not b4 and he managed to botch that up too and now one overlaps on the inside. The repeated trips to T.O. to repair his mistakes was exhausting. Do NOT GO TO THIS DR. It is not worth the trauma.

I had Juvederm Voluma injected by Dr. Mulholland to correct fat loss in my face that transpired due to laser from another practice. He is every bit as good as he is advertised. I had previously gone to various other injectors with no positive results to speak of, yet somehow Mr. Mulholland nearly effaced the problem in one sitting. I'm almost shocked and how good the results turned out because I had pretty much lost hope after disappointments from other injectors. When I had the consultation before the procedure I was highly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. His experience in cranial facial surgery has truly given him a deep understanding of the anatomy and a leg up all of the other plastic surgeons I've seen. My only mild complaint was the wait time. I was taken in a little bit late at the consult and apt, but to be honest I would have glady waited all day for the results that he delivered. In short, if you want real results, get it done right and go to the best.

On my first visit to SpaMedica I was very impressed with the staff and the clinic. Dr. Mulholland was very thorough, kind and informative. All my questions were answered and my consultation was not rushed. I have had several non-surgical treatments with great results. Follow-up was excellent, even with these mini procedures and I would definitely continue as needed with SpaMedica.

Excellence in service, results, bed-side manner are only a few words to describe my 11 year affiliation with Dr. Mulholland and Spamedica. I attribute my lengthy modelling, acting, television hosting career to the treatments and procedures recommended and performed by Dr. M. and his extremely competent staff. I will continue to be treated by him and his team for many years to come as it not only boosts my longevity of career but my self-esteem and confidence knowing I am presenting myself to the world as the best I can be both emotionally and physically. Dr. Mulholland and the Spa Medica staff are amazing,personable and thoroughly professional. I have had a number of non-surgical procedures and have been very happy with the results which have been very much in keeping with my pre-procedure discussions about goals and aesthetics. I have always felt that my time in consultation with Dr. Mulholland was efficient but never rushed and all my concerns and questions were addressed completely to my satisfaction. I have every intention of going back if and when I decide to go the surgical route.
