I was referred to Dr. Dimitrios Motakis and I had an initial appointment with him. This was after I did a great deal of research in this regard. I am a very logical and analytical person who does a lot of preparation for any task. I learned that Dr. Motakis is very well-educated, and he keeps up to date with developments and research. He has specialized in various areas of plastic surgery. He keeps records of every surgery, always seeking to learn to do even better in the future. (I personally find it hard to believe how he can do better than he already does, but that pride he takes in his work, and desire to excel at the highest level possible is what motivates him to do the best work.) Prior to the surgery, Dr. Motakis explained everything, comprehensively and in great detail. He answered every one of my many questions. I felt confident going into the surgery that I was in good hands, and this confidence was well-founded. Dr. Motakis did a fantastic job, the results are far beyond what I expected. I was afraid that the results might look artificial, after seeing the results many of us can see of people who have had “bad” plastic surgery. There was no worry with having Dr. Motakis do my surgery. As it turned out, my appearance was a natural and much better version of myself. I feel I look even better than I did 20 years ago. Dr. Motakis knows how to take the time to do a good job and ensure that the outcome is a youthful and better version of the patient. I told none of my acquaintances and friends (only close relatives know) about the surgery. And yet I have had so many compliments about how I look great and that I don’t look my age (I am 65). People who I don’t know well don’t believe my age. I know I look fantastic. It was a big deal for me to spend the money on myself for this procedure, and I have not regretted it for a minute. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. Dr. Motakis is also a very kind person, he has excellent bedside manner. He is not the typical surgeon who is lacking in people skills. He is a genuinely warm and compassionate person who seeks to give the best results he can in his work. I highly recommend Dr. Motakis for the surgery he performed, and I want to say that all of the other aspects of care, both before, during and after the procedure, from his team, being the nurses in the hospital, and the staff, were also excellent. Dr. Motakis has put together a great team, and they share with him a high standard of providing superb care and attention. His team ensures that you are very well looked-after, every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Motakis as an outstanding plastic surgeon. I can say with no hesitation, that from my personal experience Dr. Motakis delivers excellent results, He is the best !

Fantastic Doctor. I have had bouts with skin and neck/throat cancer. I recently saw him to look at some spots my GP was concerned about. They turned out to be fine. He asked if he could take a look at my whole body. He found a tiny spot on my forehead that he said was pre-cancerous and zapped the spot with liquid nitrogen. I had never noticed the spot as it was very small.

Dr Motakis is not only a skilled and gifted surgeon, he is a kind and caring human. I am not from the wealthy elite nor a famous person like many of his patients. I saved up for my surgery as a 65th birthday/retirement gift to myself. But you would never know it. He treated me with genuine caring guidance and understanding. And not only that, I am absolutely thrilled with my rejuvenated look after a face/neck/brow lift. I look fresh and lively and my pre-slinky-looking neck is now beautifully sculpted.
