I had an FUE hair transplant done years back & received terrible results. I was told that the hair transplant would cover a larger section & that the area of hair would be thicker but $7000.00 later the hair transplanted was not thick/full & just overall terrible results/experience

Dear Dr. Mulholland. I thought I would bring you up to date. After 2 1/2 years and 3 surgeries with you, I was left with a nose with almost no cartilage and a fissure at the tip. Thankfully, I found the most amazing surgeon who was able to rebuild my nose. The fissure is healing slowly and I trust by the end of the year, it will be almost unnoticeable. After spending an additional $15,000 I now have a nose that is almost perfect. I must, though, the most best things about Spa Medica are Sheila and Sharon!!!

I had the threadlift procedure a number of years ago, & although my years are catching up to me now, people are amazed when they learn my age. Prior to having my procedure I certainly did my homework in investigating who I thought would be the most qualified to do what I wanted..& of course the result was Dr. Mulholland. I recently saw him on a tv show (perhaps two weeks ago), & I was absolutely astonished at what I saw. He has lost so very much weight, it's almost frightening to look at him., & this weight loss is making him look much older. I do hope he isn't ill. If you're looking for a highly qualified surgeon; Dr. Mulholland would be a great choice.

Dr Mulholland is the very best of the best. He is a caring Physician who totally listens to his patient. I had facial surgery that Dr. Mulholland performed 10 yrs ago. I am so happy. I highly recommend Dr. Mulholland and SpaMedica! I had never had surgery before and looked to find someone that was highly skilled in this trade and offered many options for me. I was surprised that their website offered the prices since I know often cosmetic places want you to come in first to draw in the customer. I was able to contact for a free consultation online in which I sent in my photos and they were able to have the doctor view these and give me suggestions on treatments including cost. You have to understand how important this is for others since they can then see if they can afford this service rather than waste time and be turned away due to price. I went in for an initial consultation and was impressed with the doctor's professionalism, friendliness and humour as well as vast knowledge. I have never shown my body to someone and felt comfortable (including partner) due to weight gain and this doctor made it seem so easy and I am very thankful. The information they provide for you to prepare for surgery including what to expect afterwards was very very thorough and helpful. The only thing I wish was that I got more face time with the doctor as I would see the surgical nurse for post op visits however I understand he is very busy but still stays in touch with patients results through the nurse. My initial nurse was a bit abrupt for my liking and I felt I needed more information/support and was delighted they were willing to switch me to a surgical nurse (Sharon) that I better connected with. I know surgery is expensive and cost is a factor in determining who you take. However, the work continues post surgery as they offer treatments in my case for ensuring I get the best results from my TT and Lipo. I think this is well worth the costs. I was in the medical field as well before and assisted in surgeries myself so I understand this culture. I am so fortunate that Dr. Mulholland was one of the doctors that was so down to earth and engaging while being so incredibly talented. Thank you so much. I have my confidence back!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mulholland and SpaMedica for various procedures since 2008. When I turned 47 and started noticing the changes that come to the face and neck,. I decided to act...I never thought I would do "something like that", but, la...the mirror changed my mind. I wanted to look how I felt: energetic and a little younger...not tired and slightly grouchy. As a nurse, I knew most of what to look for in a surgeon and clinic. I discovered Dr. Mulholland and did some reading and talking to friends who had friends who knew him or worked with him. All that I heard was reassuring and encouraging. I had a consultation with Paulette (his nurse at the time), then Dr. M. I was extremely impressed..and I am a hard marker. There was no pressuere that I felt, and I received honest assessments of what could be accomplished for me. My expectations were realistic, which is helpful...very helpful. I did not need to look 20 years younger...just maybe 10..or so! My face, neck, and breasts were my focus. Dr. Mulholland showed me what he felt he could do and I decided to put myself in his very capable hands. I had read about his previous experience in head/neck surgery and asked questions about his clinic set up and pre/post operative care and follow-up. I was extremely impressed by his requirements for pre-operative work-up (blood work, EKG, eye doctor visit, etc). As a RN with OR training/experience, I knew what I needed to see and I saw it! Additionally, everyone was polite, kind, and willing to answer all my questions. I felt very relaxed entrusting my care to Dr. Mulholland and his team. Dr. Mulholland is confident in his own skills and it is not misplaced. The man is talented....both as a surgeon and artist, and his results are outstanding. Having my procedures done (face and neck surgery and breast augmentation) was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was guided every step of the way...before and after surgery...(advised what to expect physically and even emotionally every week post-operatively). There was very litte pain...not any pain, really, thanks to excellent surgical technique, medications, and the ice mask/machine!! (Loved that thing!). Dr. Mulholland did my face and Dr. Krajden did my breasts and the results were even better than I expected. I was not "over-done"...and within a few weeks, there was no sign at all that I had surgery. I recieved so many compliments and nobody believed I was the age I was! I maintained the results over the years with FotoFacials and occasional Botox...and I am always treated like a valued client. It is always wonderful to go back to see Dr. Mulholland and the folks at the clinic once a year or so. And, recently, I had the privilege of being a demo patient for several minor procedures, where the work is complementary and the results amazing. I HIGHLY recommend that, if anyone is considering having any cosmetic procedures done, you at least go speak with Dr. Mulhollad and/or one of his nurses....you will receive an honest evalutaion of your own particular goals, and experience the very highest standard of care.
