I turned 43 this year and after having 3 kids and a high stress job, I wanted to treat myself a little bit with a boost in my looks. Running around raising 3 kids and working long hours took a toll on my skin but I never did anything about it until now with some Botox. My breast augmentation was done by Dr. Mulholland a few years ago. I went from a small B cup to a D which is exactly what I wanted. Since I am fairly tall (5’10) and have a wide frame body I felt my breasts did not look proportionate to my body at all. This fact alone made me self conscious to wear any revealing or low cut tops or bikinis. I remember my consultation with Dr. Mulholland was on time and I was made to feel ready and prepared for surgery by him and his staff. It’s been about 3 years now since I had my breasts done and luckily I’ve had no issues like infections or pain. I think they look natural and suit my body very well. I booked laser hair removal appointments because I saw they had a promotion going on and I’ve had friends come to spamedica for different treatments over the years. They recommended this place to me and after doing my own research, I thought why not try this place out for myself. I’m happy with my decision. After years of shaving and waxing my legs/arms all the time, which is extremely annoying since I travel and go out on the beach often, I felt now was the time for laser treatments. Ive done a few treatments already and still have 2 more to go. The staff are really friendly and accomodating, always making you feel at ease. When you wait in the front area, there’s also coffee and tea available for patients which I think is a nice touch especially for morning appointments. I’m looking forward to finishing all my treatments and maybe I’ll update my review on my final results. So far I definitely recommend this place.

I had surgery with Dr Mulholland and both himself and the team were outstanding! Sharon took very good care of me, you can tell Dr Mulholland really cares about his patients and his staff follows in his footsteps. My surgery results were exactly what i expected and i will be a return patient at this clinic. I am looking forward to starting my treatments in the medical spa, as i am sure that the level of service and care will be as impeccable as it was in the upper surgical level. My friends have all commented on how great i look and i owe it all to Dr Mulholland, he is trully a god send! Thank you.

I never thought I would ever complain about any action I willingly pursued in life, (I'm not the type)...until my experience at Spa Medica. While I take responsibility for any decision I make, sometimes something is so outrageous, you feel obligated to warn others. After spending nearly $18,000.00 on three procedures there, including a bungled lower bleph by Dr. Mulholland who is easily the most ego-centric, unethical human being I have ever met, I arranged to meet him to see what he thought about the excss skin under one eye and resulting unlevel eyeballs. He agreed to do what I wanted and more, admitting there is excess skin under both eyes, as well as other issues. This was the first I heard of this (from someone who murmured "that went very well" to himself when the operation was over as if he was surprised). Scary! He told me to adjust my schedule as needed and would correct the issues in June, three months later and after the eight month mark. He apparently had a change of heart. Before I could get a word out when I arrived, he reneged on his commitment (obviously because money is much more important to him than integrity) without any semblance of honesty or at least faked regret. I think deep down he has contempt for his patients. If I may say, such deceit and arrogance from a doctor and surgeon is pitiful; and not only with this but on other matters that occurred as well. I would love to be more detailed, but that will have to wait for another audience at a later time. This is already getting long and if you are reading, I don't want to lose you. The funny thing is, if he had just waited for me to say a word, he would have found out I was not quite ready for the operation anyway. Also, I was still thinking about whether I trusted him enough to do it. By then I was actually thinking whether he trusted himself to create a good result. Beware of him and his two money-women, Lori and Ida. They are two of the most disillusioning specimens of our race (providing you have more brains than Dr. Weasel thinks you do) you will ever meet. Obviously,that is why they are employed there. The clinic should be renamed "Spa Money.ca" because MOOLA takes precedence over anything else. I would be willing to bet, looking over this site that any of these critiques with all 5's (no matter how minor the interactions), if they were on the upper level and with him, they could not be legitimate or unbiased, and are in fact laughable. This man has no soul...or shame. If you read this far, you can't say you weren't warned.

I had treatment at Dr Mulholland's office and i must say that it was fantastic! The nurses were amazing, they answered all my questions and as my friends put it, i can really be a pain the butt since i worry so much. They were all so patient with me, always answered the phone when i called and never made me feel like i was a bother. Thank you Dr Mulholland and your lovely team of nurses, they are a god send and i couldn't be happier with my results. I will be a long term client at this medical spa!

Had a Breast Augment done and I wanted to look like what I use too before my childbearing years. After the procedure my clothes fit better, more self confidence. Very happy with the outcome. Dr. Mulholland worked with me to get the results I wanted to achieve, the staff was very professional and courteous. Nurses were very caring that it made my experience very comfortable and easy.

The creepiest and most inappropriate man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. You can see dollar signs in his eyes. He may be knowledgeable, but he is obviously cocky and sees woman as objects.

Went to have a small amount of filler in left side of chin to improve jowl, was quizzed by the doctor about my business which I thought at the time was conversation but I realise now he was working out if I could afford what he ended up doing without my permission, filled my whole chin area an charged me almost 4 grand (which because I was put on the spot and was in shock very very stupidly paid) I could barely move my mouth for 3 months and my mouth was lopsided and had to have extensive work to fix. I've one other bad experience in LA that I thought could not be topped but it was! The method he uses for fillers is un heard of anywhere and I can still 6 months later feel where he went in. Really a horror story. Lesson learnt not to be bullied by or to trust a doctor ever again.

I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Muholland and I have been very pleased with my results. I found Dr. Mulholland to be a consumate professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is a "straight shooter" and will give you a very honest opinion about what are achievable and realistic results. Dr. Mulholland has been practising for years and at this point in his career he does not require a factory of patients to further his career or income. He did not "oversell" his procedures when making recommendations on facial procedures . I had a family member visit another surgeon who made them to feel like their whole face had to be improved... she left feeling worse than when she arrived. I had a complication with one of my procedures and was seen by Dr. Mulholland right away and he was able to correct the issue. It is really important to followup with your surgeon and be honest about how you are feeling about your outcomes. I believe that Dr. Mulholland as with other outstanding surgeons is proud of his work and would be dissapointed to hear that a patient was "bad mouthing" his work without first consulting him.
