Dr Tchernov has been my physician since I could remember. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and answers all questions. You won’t feel rushed and you’ll feel in good hands.

Dr. Tchernov is very professional and helpful. His secretary is horrible and unprofessional. She yells at patients, never answers the phone, and actually tries to GIVE MEDICAL ADVICE! She is not a doctor and should stick to answering the phone more because her advice leads to more problems. She even talks about other patients out in the open and should get in trouble from HIPPA. She has no respect for patient privacy and regularly tries to cut visits short.

Dr Tchernov is a wonderful doctor and specialist. I use his services for 20+ years. As to his main secretary, yes, she is not smiling too much and talks rather sharp. So what? Do you visit doctor office to have a promising chat with a beautiful secretary? Or you come there to assist your doctor in his difficult and responsible work to find your medical problems, develop optimal solution and deliver it to you? Have you ever worked with sick people ( sometimes even mentally ) day to day? Secretary is a doctor's guard. She saves his nerves and his time, by wasting her nerves and her time. The bottom line: what you prefer: a nice smiling staff, just wasting you time and does nothing, or a sharp guys, who do all they can to resolve YOUR issues? Doctor is a human being too, he helps not only you, but other people too!!! He MUST preserve his resources to help us as long as possible. God Bless Dr.Tchernov and ALL his secretaries!

As many many others had stated, knowledgeable doctor with good sense of humor. As of 2-3 years ago, very hard to get an appointment thought, and yes the secretary is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I adore him! He has been my family doctor for 19 years and every time I visit him, I am convinced again and again how incredible and knowledgeable he is. He has helped me through so much over the years and has never turned down a single request. He has always been right about his diagnosis and treatments. I would never change my family doctor!! However, I have to agree about the comments pertaining to his secretary. She is mean and condescending. She is ALWAYS rude and has never smiled and even acknowledged you when you say thank you. The other blonde lady that works there is a dream. She is friendly and kind and is always welcoming and helpful

Our family knows Andrei Tchernov for 19 years. He a very good doctor makes the right diagnosis and many times used to help us right in his office.
