Worse experience ever!!staff playing on the computer while I was waiting for some one to take my payment. Once you pass front desk,everyone is yelling, music so laud and Dr Silverman is not even there! its the fifth time I take my grandson to cut a poking wire and they can't even fix one bracket off cause Dr Silverman is not there! And now I'm stock with this Orthodontist and hes respectfulness staff for two years!

Dr Silvermans staff is awesome! there are new employees now that are so kind, My son loves the fish tank and Dr Silverman always on time and he is a Happy Dr too. Front desk very polite and address my financial situation very well. BTW everyone has a perfect smile! and I want my son to smile like them too. I highly recommend it....Love front desk lady accent! so chik

Dr Silverman is the WORST! Do not even walk in those doors. He is arrogant, rude and doesn't care about his patients. He hates when parents have a simple question. Once you've paid then he rushes the job to get the next person who will pay and get the same terrible treatment. He should retire and leave NM. He has not corrected my son's alignment and we had to get a 2nd opinion on the progress of his treatment. Look like we'll be having to pay out even more money for more treatment to correct what hasn't been done.

Dr. Silverman was absolutely wonderful. My son Daniel is scheduled for removal at next visit. I am amazed at the results. Will keep you posted at the next visit. Thank you Dr. Silverman and Staff.

Dr Silverman is clearly one of the worst orthodontist in Albuquerque. He's rude to his patients and their parents, and runs his office like a factory that is only concerned with money. He did not deliver the desired results, and I had to pay for a second set of braces to correct his failure. I seriously regret selecting Dr. Silverman as my orthodontist and I hope you won't make the same choice.

Dr. Silverman is a great orthodontist and he did an amazing job on my crooked teeth. I was told that I would be in braces for 3 years, however he finished my case in just 20 months. When I first decided to get braces I was really nervous because of my age, but immediately, Dr. Silverman and his staff made me feel at ease. Now that I am finished I can honestly say I had a great experience. I'm sad to see that a few people on this site are saying negative things-there are always two sides to every story. Keep up the good work and thank you all.

Dr.silverman is kind, but I have to say he does not know what he is doing. Sadly I am stuck with him for another 2 years! :/ PLEASE do not send your kids here. He does not care about the patients only the money he gets from them. When I do see him its for about 50 seconds, I really wish I would have done my research before going to him.

Dr Silverman is clearly one of the worst orthodontist in the Albuquerque area. He's clearly in it just for the money and immediately removed my daughters braces once our bill was paid off. Not only was her alignment and bite off, but her teeth completely shifted in just a few months despite wearing her retainer everyday? He blamed us for the retainer not fitting properly, and he wants us to pay hundreds more for another special retainer. Based on the positioning of her teeth there is no way this "retainer" will correct her alignment and bite w/o applying braces again. Do not use Dr. Silverman if you want quality work!

There are plenty of great orthodontists in Albuquerque, but this is definitely not one of them. I am VERY dissatisfied with the end result of my daughter's orthodontia, and am now in a position of having to find a new orthodontist and start over. Her appliances were removed before her bottom teeth were fully aligned (because the bill was paid in full) and after one year have completely shifted back to their pre-orthodontic position in spite of her compliance in wearing her retainers. When I questioned Dr. Silverman about why the braces were being removed before the bottom teeth were fully aligned, he responded that, based on the position of the teeth, they could never be fully aligned. In addition, a permanent band placed on the bottom teeth was never offered or suggested, but that would certainly have kept the correction that WAS done in place, and I would not be in a position of starting over. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone!

Seriously the worst, most careless orthodontist out there. I had braces for three years and now my teeth are nearly back to their original state and I have multiple problems with my bite. $5,000 down the drain. He is only in it for the money, not to help people. DO NOT GO TO HIM. I would never recommend him to anyone.
