This doctor changed my life. She is one of the most approachable and kind people. She is always busy, but always seems to find the time for me to be heard. I honestly wish there was a Dr Zefkic in every specialty. You are lucky if you are her patient.

Dr Zefkic and her secretary are both wonderful! Both very friendly and kind!!
I had hysterectomy done by Dr Zefkic she did an amazing job with having no complications after surgery! I would highly recommend her for a obgyn

I can’t say enough about Dr Z and Chris. Can you say workaholics? They absolutely LOVE their job and as I was in the waiting room I must have heard 4 other ladies telling Chris just how much they enjoy coming to their appointments. Imagine that? Who knew a Gynaecologist office could feel so welcoming. One even said they didn’t want to leave! I know it can be hard to get through sometimes on the phone, but like their voicemail says; Chris is constantly busy and does her best to answer as many real time calls as she can but she’s only one person. Dr Z is one compassionate and caring doc. Her laugh is contagious. I never leave with unanswered questions.
I gotta say; there will always be a ‘bad review’ here and there but clearly it’s a one off as you can see by just how many awesome reviews that this office is the real deal. Don’t change a thing Dr Z and Chris

I’ve never interacted with a worst receptionist in my life. I waited three months for an appointment after being referred by my doctor. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told she does not have any appointments today. My appointment was seemingly cancelled because Dr. Zefkic is stuck out of town. I was not sent an email or called as her receptionist “is too busy” to confirm appointments and thought she texted me. When offered rebooking for the next day, I was told I can have an appointment at 8:45am but other people have an appointment at that time already so it depends who shows up first. I’ve never met a more unprofessional, inconsiderate employee in my life. Dr, Zefkic should be truly embarrassed this person is her patients first point of contact.

Dr. Zefkic is wonderful!! She immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to. She cares and it is not an act. She advocates for her patients and you can tell she honestly wants to help. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm very thankful that I am able to see her. She is the absolute BEST in the Region by far!

Dr Zefkic is as lovely on the inside as she is on the out. To say she cares about her patients is an understatement. Chris, her receptionist/secretary/assistant is also a lovely personable woman, they make a great team. Being a female over 65 and having a problem that needed attention, it was difficult for me to be going to see an OBGYN for the first time in decades. I found Dr Zefkic to be very understanding. I appreciated the time that she spent with me explaining the procedure, answering any questions that I had during my initial visit. She put me completely at ease. When I arrived at the NF Hospital for the operation, I found her team ran like a smooth oiled machine. They were thorough and so very kind. Dr Zefkic even took the time to ask me if I had any questions before I was anesthetized and wrote me a little note about my procedure signing with "KAT" and a cute happy face after the surgery was over. I can't stress enough how wonderful she is. I am healing nicely and am looking forward to getting back to normal. Thank you Dr Zefkic!!! Thank you Chris!!!

A breath of fresh air in the medical field. She’s so upbeat and explained everything so well to me during my pregnancy. Her and her secretary Chris were so supportive and helped me out whenever they could. Very grateful for their care!!!

I’m sure she is a great OB for “easy pregnancy” if your a high risk pregnancy don’t bother, she will leave you hanging to fend for yourself.

Such a pleasant experience. The secretary is so nice and Dr Zefkic gave me so much time and attention. Really happy with the care I received.
