Biography

Zakaria Sharif, MD was born in Africa and raised in SeaTac, WA by his father along with his three brothers. He went to the University of Washington where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Medical Physiology at Case-Western Reserve University in Ohio. After receiving his Master’s degree, he worked in the biotech industry at Amgen and CMC biologics in Bothell, Washington as a research analyst. He further advanced his career by attending St. George’s University where he obtained his medical degree. Dr. Sharif is interested in pursuing a career in primary care. He is married and has three young boys. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, playing basketball and spending time with his family.
