Very new doctor and terrible at best. Will examine you in 5 minutes and speak faster than an auctioneer before rushing you out of her clinic, making sure you didn't understand any of the useless information she gave you. Her secretary doesn't return calls for a week, sometimes never. If you ask to see someone else in the clinic, they will ignore your request. I've heard the other doctor's desk staff in this clinic belittling patients at the front desk too. Just avoid this clinic entirely.

Dr. Rai embodies all the qualities of a great doctor. Dr. Rai is very thorough in her assessment, skilled and confident at what she does. Throughout all treatment sessions Dr. Rai has been nothing short of empathetic and reassuring. Truly grateful for the care that I received from Dr. Rai. Her receptionist and the audiologists at the clinic are all very friendly and professional.

I went to see Dr. Rai for hearing concerns. I had another issue that I was also concerned about, but I had planned to make another appointment for that issue at a later date since it was not part of my current appointment's agenda. During my visit, Dr. Rai detected the other issue and proceeded to examine me for that as well. She is very thorough, gentle and thoughtful, and put me on a course of action to deal with the issues. I left the appointment feeling good, that I had been taken care of fully by a doctor who cares. All the staff, receptionists, technicians and Dr. Rai are very polite and pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at this office from the start to the finish of my visit. The staff at the front desk was lovely and Dr. Rai was attentive to my concerns. Overall, great experience.
