Dr. Simmerpreet Bal is awesome. My wife had a stroke and he right from 40 minutes after the Stroke occurred, spent time making sure I understood everything that was going on. My wife told me, he made her feel comfortable in a very stressful situation being the patient. He was there looking after her and continues almost 2 years after the stroke to do this. His staff, has answered my questions, sent referrals, explained intricacies of the brain as well. Would my wife be any better with a different doctor, no. This doctor understands the brain, he also is willing to discuss outside help such as Lumosity and other games for brain training. I thank the Lord for his help!! He gave me back my wife.

Dr. Simpreet Bal is a wonderful physician to have in cases of stroke. This is a very scary situation and Dr. Bal was compassionate, articulate and reassuring. He came in every day to see me, even though that was over a weekend. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this physician. I am very grateful he came into my life.

Best experience I have ever had with a specialist. Dr Bal is caring, goes above & beyond to find solutions & to do his own research. He has so much patience & never rushes through the appointment. Best care. So thankful I got to see him.

I have a very complicated case- Dr Bal has gone above and beyond to explore treatment options. He has spoken to colleagues and other experts in the field and even went out of his way to ensure I had my treatment in a timely manner. He listens to my thoughts and fears. He remembers the things I tell him about my symptoms. Very pleased with care!

Stay away from this office if possible. Desk staff and admin staff are terrible at their jobs and very very rude people. Forgot to book test and then tried to cover it up. This Doctor is a nice enough man if you are looking for a friend but should not be seeing patients. Needs to get control of his office before something serious happens to one of his patients. If your doctor refers you to Dr. Bal refuse and ask for someone different.

Very, very kind man. Very nice to talk to but terrible, terrible follow up from both him and his office. Waiting months to hear about tests that he said needed to be done in a week or two. Still nothing. Admin. person at desk very grouchy.

He is an amazingly helpful and thorough doctor. He was well aquainted with my case study, carefully explain his treatment and ideas for me. He quickly replied to any questions I had after my appointment.
