Dr. Shannon was not only a skilled and dedicated fertility specialist, but also a true advocate for her patients. She believed in the power of science and medicine to help families achieve their dreams of having children, and her commitment to this goal was unwavering.

For my wife and I, Dr. Shannon was more than just a doctor - she was a beacon of hope and a source of comfort during a difficult time. Her expertise and guidance played an instrumental role in our journey to parenthood, and we will forever be grateful for the gift of our daughter.

Dr. Shannon's kindness, compassion, and devotion to her patients will always be remembered. Though she may be gone, her impact on our lives and the lives of so many others will endure. Rest in peace, Dr. Shannon, and thank you for everything.

We met this February for a biopsy examination. Dr Corbett did so quickly and no pain at all compared to other clinic. She checked so carefully for the tests the tissue will be tested and also asked the nurse to double check before the procedures. You are the best! We all will miss you! RIP

Not helpful or caring. Too busy. Forgets about you after taking in. Nobody walks you through results, what they should be, what they mean and what to expect next after each step of IUI. Can't find appointment with doctor for months.

I have been going to RCC since 2019 and Dr. COBETT was my first point of contact . since then she has always been my preferred Doctor . I do struggle with anxiety and during my fertility treatments she always made me feel safe and in good hands. She is an active listener and a very compassionate Doctor. Her assistant Karly is super warm and friendly and is always quick at taking aware my worries . You two are honestly a great team together. Am very fortunate to have you both walk this fertility journey with me. Thank you for being warm and kind to your patients.

I have been Dr Corbetts patient twice over 4 years. She is very informative, intelligent and wonderful to deal with. However her assistant Karly is anything but friendly. She is argumentative and “talks down” to clients. I really believe Karly is not a good fit for the face of Dr Corbett

My wife and I are so thankful for Dr. Corbett and the great care we received at RCC Clinic! We were not a straightforward case, and she helped us stay positive throughout the whole experience by taking the time to listen to all of our concerns. She never gave up on us and worked hard to create a custom care plan to suit our needs. All her hard work paid off and created our beautiful baby girl! She is patient, compassionate and very knowledgeable. If I ever need fertility again in the future I will definitely go back to Dr. Corbett!

Just graduated from RCC thanks to Dr Corbett! We initially came to the clinic wanting to go directly to IVF. Dr Corbett reviewed all the options and encouraged us to try with low level treatments despite the recommendation by another fertility clinic to proceed to IVF. We got pregnant on our 2nd IUI at RCC! Dr Corbett personally called us on many occasions to answer our questions and concerns. I was bleeding in the first trimester and they always made room to accommodate us for reassurance and answer our questions. The clinic has also done a great job with COVID... we are so grateful for all the procedures they have in place to keep everyone safe.

Dr. Corbett runs the RCC and there are many positives to the clinic like the nursing staff, having ultrasound, flow labs and blood work on site. You always see the doctor of the day though and it was never Dr. Corbett. When I did speak to her (on the phone due to covid) it was a quick, rushed conversation. When I inquired about different things she often brushed me aside. I suffer from low AMH and hypothyroidism and had read that many clinics offer progesterone suppositories in conjunction with IUI. After my 3rd failed IUI I decided to advocate for myself and ask for it. The doctor of the day said she would have to ask Corbett, who agreed to the supplementation. Lo and behold I got my positive. Corbett said it was because we had talked about moving forward with IVF and joked that I scared myself into a positive. No, it was because I had done the research for myself and wanted to try everything before moving forward. IVF is publicly funded through Ontario but there’s about 6-12 months wait list. They had only added me to the list about a month before my 4th IUI. Since I’m 35 I don’t know why I wasn’t added much early in the process. Overall, she’s kind but that doesn’t help you get pregnant. I want real results, someone who listens and knows the most up to date research. As a reproductive endocrinologist I expected top notch care. I felt like a number under her care and that making money was most important to her.
