Dr. Usmani has to be the most compassionate doctor out there when it comes to fertility, as a patient who suffers from the worst of wanting something that doesn’t seem to happen she somehow makes me feel hopeful. She did a procedure on me and was so so gentle, she guided me throughout it and made my anxiety go away! The whole team at RCC is amazing
I am so greatful that she is my doctor.
To all the patients out there that need fertility assistant Dr. Usmani is the one you need!

During a transfer was extremely heartless. She could not complete the procedure, asked lab techs for advice and when I asked for my husband, told me having him there would not make it less painful. All of the other Doctors have been amazing, friendly and able to complete the procedure.

Dr Usmani is very knowledgeable and very competent. The technicians are amazing. She seems timid. Maybe afraid of hurting or afraid of bad reviews. It’s too bad. I think she’s better than she’s letting herself be.

Her admin staff is ineffective.

Dr. Usmani did my IUI today at RCC… it’s our third one , and I wanted to post this immediately after meeting her! Dr.Usmani is amazing, kind, funny and personable and a wealth of knowledge!

I felt TOTALLY comfortable and would recommend her over and over again.

Doing IUI for the third time, she made me feel so good, and confident that no matter what happens I was in the best hands. VERY grateful to have met her today.

Dr Usmani is an Amazing doctor. She helped me so much however her assistant kirsten makes everything so hard. She is horrible to get back at. I can never book an appointment with my doctor because she never answers her phone or emails me. The nurses never answer the phone and I don’t feel like I have any guidance. Is very sad

She is by far the worst doctor. Not invested at all. Did not read my file from pervious clinic. We did 3 medicated cycles and she could not get the dose right. Totally missed my ovulation which resulted in cancellation of my iui and waste of medication. She did not even handle my serious case of Ectopic pregnancy. She was not in favour of me getting the Methatroxet injection, said if I get the injection then I will have to wait 3 months before trying to concive again. I was terrified of tube rupture so I advocated for
myself and told her I will wait 3 months no problem but I want the ectopic pregnancy treated asap. She hardly in the clinic. Argues and rush things.

Dr. Usmani was amazing. Her bedside manner, ability to connect with patients was unbelievable. After my first three failed IUI experiences at RCC were performed by Dr. Lee, I felt hopeless and truly discouraged. Dr. U felt like a ray of sunshine, she went through everything with me and even the IUI procedure was comfortable compared to the first 3 times. Having that positive energy, her thoroughness and caring attitude really helped me feel like I had a shot. We were successful with her IUI procedure and I attribute most of that to her. Thank you Dr. U!!!

Such a wonderful, knowledgeable Doctor. Very skilled, great communicator, straight-shooter (excuse the pun, fellow IUI-friends), and kind.
