Just saw her and my goodness. I’ve never had a more thorough eye check up. All scans were explained to me. I left feeling reassured about the issue I came in about. Explained every symptom to me. I would give 10 stars

I am from the phillipines and I was diagnosed as being blind in one eye. Dr. Rupaly did tests to see why and she found out I have a condition that makes my eye a cone. She designed a big lens and put it on my eye and I see 20/25 in that eye and I can drive again. I seriously recommend her. if you have eye issues, she does all the tests necessary

Very kind person. She was so helpful with my double vision. I’ve been seeing an image up and down and side by side. The last eye doctor I saw was only able to fix one direction. Dr Toor was able to make me see single and now I can drive again. Very very caring. She called me a few weeks after my appointment to check in on me. I don’t even know how she remembered me with her busy schedule. A real gem of a doctor. So happy I found her.

I was very impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help me. I have a high prescription and she helped find me a lab who did exactly what I wanted (I won't share here the exact specifications I needed) I also have macular degeneration which I was not aware of before seeing Dr. Toor. No one did as many tests on me as she did to get to the bottom of my problem. You will not be disappointed.

We moved from Winnipeg and we were nervous to find a new doctor. We read a lot of good reviews and went to see Dr. Toor and I must say we have not had this kind of service from a doctor in a very long time. Even from our usual doctor. I have a 6 month follow up and I am so happy with how thorough she is and how kind. Not to mention how beautiful she is. We lucked out and found a great doctor.

I had eyelash glue put into both eyes and Dr T gave me medication and sorted me out in 4 days. I’m so happy. I felt instant relief. Best doc I’ve seen. I went to my family doc and they gave me Polysporin
