Did not listen to symptoms or treat accordingly. Advocated for thyroidectomy and once completed did not help patient get to optimal levels and dismissed symptoms.

After being under the care of another doc for 28 years I switched to Dr Epp and I think she is great! Does not rush you, actively listens but keeps on time.

Dr. Epp has been kind, knowledgeable and very helpful with the management of my type 1 diabetes and I honestly trust her opinion. She takes her time and I don’t feel rushed. She allows me to ask questions. I changed to her the past year and am so happy I did. Her clinic is also in a great location for me.

Dr. Epp is exceptional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor in her field. With genuine concern she is patient, friendly, effective and efficient. Dr. Epp is committed to solving my health issues, while taking action appropriate to symptoms and diagnostics. She takes time to explain things and always asks if there are any other questions or anything else we need to go over. She builds trust and responds to my inquiries very quickly. She is very thorough and I know I am in excellent hands. She has worked alone and as a team with my GP and Psychiatrist. Even stepping out of her role of an endocrinologist and prescribing me the patch when I expressed my exasperation at quitting smoking. Dr Epp has gone completely out of her way for me. Even getting back to me on a holiday, when she was not supposed to be in the office. Dr. Epp is the best! Thank you Dr. Epp!
