Friendly and professional office. I love the doctor and his awesome staff! Nikki loves what she does and it shows! Highly recommended!

Dr. Lachenmayr and his team are outstanding! They are very professional, knowledgable and hygenic with everything oral care. Even more brilliant than their expertise is their personality and friendly, welcoming office. 10 stars all around.

The short, dark-haired hygienist I really loved. Everything about her as well as her work ethic is exceptional! She was personable and professional every time I visited! However, this dentist as well as his overweight blonde blue eyed receptionist are both grossly unprofessional all the way around! I typed out a complaint to Richard Lachenmayr about how rude his receptionist was to me not once but on two separate occasions. The dentist called me back almost a month later at 7am in the morning! When I asked him why he called my home that early in the morning he said because the practice opened at 7. ...which regardless, IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! (After all, it was not like he was calling to remind me I had an appointment for that morning) Additionally, I checked the website and it posted the office opening at 8 am. ..which makes him a liar in addition to being unprofessional. He went on to tell me that the receptionist I made the complaint about only gets compliments. (As if that somehow exonerates what happened) So then I responded, "So are you saying that I am lying?" His rebuttal this time was that they are overwhelmed with "Covid craaap". (which I took as him telling me that he could not be bothered with the issue) At any rate, instead of calling me to apologize for the incident and simply saying that he spoke to her about it thus reassuring me that I would no longer have an issue, he basically called me at the crack of dawn pissed off that I wrote to him about the incident. Nonetheless, more than he knows I really REALLY appreciate that he showed his true colors given that I no longer have to question whether I should patronize his business or not. In the end, although I will miss the hygienist I am far from feeling heartbroken in parting ways with this practice. After all, who in the world (especially during the time of Covid) wishes to pay money to 'any' business which makes them feel belittled much less one which has a supervisory staff which condones it??

Not for my family. Spent too much time talking about personal things. Concerns about privacy. Didnt get a real professional feeling from the dentist. Will not go back or recommend.
