We came to Dr. Heinowitz following a terrible experience at another dentist. He was kind, empathic, and took his time to make sure my son and myself felt comfortable. He explained everything step by step and made my scared son feel safe. The nurses and hygienists also exceeded expectations. They are kind and took time to get to know my son as they were working. The front office staff is also amazing. Highly recommend this office.

My children love going to see Dr. H! The staff is great and they love the toy closet. I love that I am involved with the staff and doctor and have all my questions answered.

the office welcoming and the staff friendly. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and is conservative in his treatment. No gas, no sedation!!!! I would recommend this office to anyone I know. My kids love it here and they aren't scared to go they actually ask when they can go back .

DON’T VISIT Doctor Richard Heinowitz!!!! I don’t recommend Doctor Richard Heinowitz. We had a bad experience with Doctor Richard Heinowitz. I don’t understand at all how a person who is constantly angry, dissatisfied and intolerable can work with people especially small children. It is an impression that he hates all the patients who appeal to him and the whole world as a whole. He is awful person

The front staff and most of the assistants are wonderful. The dentist himself needs to learn to leave his bad mood and tantrums at home. He is working with kids and both the kids and parents need to trust him. It could just be he is older and we in his ways. However their is no excuse to reprimand staff in front of patients or treat parents like they are children. He's also starting to get a little rough when speaking and handling his patients

The best dentist for kids! After trying two other dental practices, Dr. Heinowitz and his entire staff are the most wonderful, kind, and everything you would want an expect from a children's dental office. Dr. Heinowitzdds and his staff take the time and do things right. My daughter is three and she loves him and everyone in the office!!!

This Dentist is absolutely awful. He is rude, inconsiderate and has an awful bedside manner. Staff was very nice and helpful but even they admit the Dr. is not a nice person.

I absolutely love this doctor and i will definitely recomend him to everyone. Before i found him i went to see 2 different pediatric dentist in the area. What a waste of time and money it was. But then i was lucky enough to find doctor Heinowitz. Even though he couldnt help my child who had severe cavities caused by the bottle( she needed surgery and dr heinowitz doesnt do them anymore)he spent a lot of his time talking to me and explaining everything to me. I felt so guilty because of what was going on with my child teeth and he did everything to make me feel better. He makes u feel like u r part of the family and is very patient with kids ( my 2 yo was crying a lot). He is amazing person and i amvery happy that i was able to find him. Definitely going back to see him after my childs surgery
