My treatment at Dr Chung's has just completed on schedule with results exactly as clearly explained in my initial consultation. My overall experience with Dr. Chung was pleasant. The staff members are friendly and professional. Dr. Chung helped me find a surgeon that still does jaw surgery and was informative during the treatment plan.

Something went terribly wrong with my front upper teeth before I was diagnosed and treated at BCCA, and got worst after a series of rigorous MRI sessions; the most likely root cause was a previous dental work. Dr Chung remedied the badly moved upper front teeth to their former positions. He also corrected my overcrowded lower teeth without the need to pull out any tooth as several others had suggested. The results are fantastic, and the minor associated problems are all gone. Thank you Dr Chung and your excellent team at Oakridge Orthodontics.

I would highly recommend Dr Raymond Chung to anyone who requires an orthodontic care medically, not just for aesthetic reasons.

There is not one negative thing I can say about Dr. Chung and his staff. From the consultation, to treatment and after care. When making appointments for anything, it’s expected that you won’t ever start your appointment exactly at your appointment time but Dr Chung’s office is organized and prompt with my appointment starting usually just a few minutes after I check in. I have to definitely commend them on time management as it makes it easier for those like me who started the treatment by using my lunch breaks at work to go to my appointments.
His staff are the most friendly and welcoming, very personable and they make sure you’re comfortable. At every appointment I was sure that whoever was dealing with me knew what they were doing and made it a great experience, there wasn’t a staff member I had preferred more over the next as they were all equally fantastic. COVID-19 hit during my treatment, but even then I felt a sense of safety with going to my appointments as the pre-cautions that Dr. Chung and his staff put in place put me at ease. I got my braces off a few days ago and had come back for my retainers today. I was given a model of my teeth in case I lose my retainer while travelling which I can then take to an ortho office and have a new retainer made. I was absolutely in awe of this level of care as my sister had her braces done at another office but the level of care and after care did not compare to Dr Chung’s office.

Bottom line is I cannot recommend this office enough. If you’re deciding on an orthodontic office, definitely choose Dr Chung’s.
