Amazing Rheumatologist! Dr. Rai is very knowledgeable and does proper research of his patients and their lab/image results before seeing them. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to answer peoples' questions and discuss their plan of action. That being said..I had to take one star off for his horribly rude secretary/front desk/nurse person. She not only speaks rudely but never picks up nor answers calls. Very difficult to deal with. I wish she'd learn some courtesy and conversational skills.

One of the bests experiences I have had with any doctor. Very soothing and informative. Patiently listens to all my questions and concerns. Dives right in to order tests to narrow down the problem. He understands your concerns and addresses each one. Definitely recommend him!!!!!

I'm chronically ill and deal with A LOT of doctors and Dr. Rai is up there in my top 3 favs. He does his job well, also felt like he read my mind because he answered all my questions before I could ask them lol. He's soft spoken, kind, and intelligent - believes his patients. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I have met and spoke to Dr Rai over the phone, for my frozen shoulder. He was helpful and patient, and explained to me my condition and treatment options with patience and understanding. His receptionist is a godsend, I have contacted her several times to fax my referrals to a couple orthopedic surgeons and she always does and let's me know when it's done. I have struggled with frozen shoulder for the past 10 months, and now my referral to Dr Ian Mayne, and I met him recently , I am now on his waiting list for a surgery. After months of excruciating physical, emotional and mental pain, there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Dr Rai. And your receptionist, a great thank you. There are still good people and good doctors during this pandemic.

Saw four other rheumatologist who threw their hands in the air regarding problems I was having. Dr. Ravi had an immediate answer for me that none of the other doctors offered, and helped in treating my condition as well as being open to alternative therapies, highly recommend.

He doesnt like his patients doing their homework or researching online for one's health. When trying to discuss your report tests in detail he is condescending enough to tell you he is a doctor and you should just follow him blindly and that everyone gets arthritis as they age! Maybe its his hope to keep his 'business' running. After all the blood tests and Xrays I had to undertake inspite of having undergone cancer years ago, there was no firm conclusion from his side re: arthritis. His take was 'everyone gets arthritis as they age and there is no avoiding it'! Maybe its time he researched healthy people outside his environment to know that it isnt true! WOULD NOT recommend at all!

Not sending to a pain clinic? Lies. I am so tired with doctors not listening to me. I am not a fibro patient. I have true pain and I am complicated. I am so done with doctors giving up on me and just not listening to me! Dance on with your life while I limp away.
