This guy does not care about saving any teeth. Sometimes a tooth can be saved. He has a reputation among other dentist. When I asked a dentist who is not my general dentist for an opinion about Dr. Ainslie. He shook his head in disgust and said " He loves pulling teeth" Because that is where he makes his money. So it is not in his interest to save your teeth. He wants you to lose them. So he can make his money on the implants. I agree with the other guy here. "Don't let him cut on you, always get another opinion first!" He will trigger tooth lost if he can. He will weaken a tooth by poking around in your mouth. If your not happy with the work he does for you request a "Peers review". You will probably lose. But he should be looked at by the ADA. He will "NOT" do what is best for you. He will do what makes him the most money.
