I knew that patients who wants pain meds may not like her as she won't prescribe that much of narcotics. She has angel hands for the procedures she does. My quality of life is back after I received deferent procedures from her.

First off I have to mention that I have been to Dr. Yatham's office many times before my last visit. I received two separate appointment reminder calls and both callers each had a different date and time of my appointment. When I tried to tell the girl calling that the time was not correct, she just kept repeating herself and did not understand English! Then she hung up on me. I went to my appointment and was shuffled from one waiting room to another waiting room in the back. It was crowded, dirty, and the staff was extremely rude, loud, and inattentive. After an hour and 15 minutes, and chatting with three other people who ALSO had 9:15am appointments with the doctor, I saw her for 3 minutes, she gave me a prescription for a medicaton that I am allergic to, and then sent me to the crowded checkout area where there were more than 10 loud people complaining. The girl at the checkout desk had no idea what she was doing. I will not be back!

Arrived 20 minutes early for my first ever 8:00 AM appointment and filled out numerous pages of information. I was the second patient in the waiting room. I was called to the back. A nurse took my vitals and asked questions that were answered on the paperwork. Waited until 9:40 while numerous patients who arrived after me were treated and left. No one gave any indication of how much longer I would need to wait, so I left. When I called later to question what the problem was, I was put on hold for a couple minutes and then connected to an answering service. I was truly hoping for another "set of eyes" to look at my chronic pain issues related to arthritis and a knee replacement procedure. This office was unresponsive, except to everyone else. I was courteous to everyone in person and on the phone...do not understand.

Way overpay for office visit. Shouldn't pay more than $50-$75 for writing a script. This monthly expense, while absolutely necessary, causes an extreme hardship for my family. Also, doesn't seem that knowledgable about my illness. I've been seeing her for over a year now and no matter what continuous symptoms, nothing more than the same script, same cash. I'm looking around now for another specialist. I am glad she works well with her other patients and there seems to be some that are very happy with her.
