Patient since 2016. I find her to be less kind than when I first initially started to see her. She is accommodating to my more natural healing preferences.

I have been with Dr. Olga for over 5 years now and am very happy with my experience. I have an assortment of complex medical issues and she has always been through and referred me to specialists for treatment when needed. She always advocates for my health and needs. I have always been accommodated by her and the clinic. I would not have gotten the treatment I needed without her. She is always willing to do additional research to find the best solution, which not all doctors do.

On a side note, all clinics and doctors are busy which means appointments can run late, that’s out of her control but she always is efficient and handles it well. Even with being busy she still comes prepared and reviews my chart ahead of time. In addition I have never had any negative experiences with staff. Reception has always been helpful and friendly.

Dr. Olga is amazing and very thorough. She's a worst case scenario and will always send you for more tests than any other doctor I've seen as she always trys to cover all bases. I never feel rushed in her visits and she is usally always on time and lisents and lets me ask questions

Dr Olga was always amazing with me. I saw her for years and had many health problems. Thorough with blood tests, ultrasounds, and referrals if needed. Her prescriptions were at exactly what I needed and if I was out of province the office and Dr Olga quickly sent over prescriptions to other pharmacies. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Olga. After experiencing so many horrible doctors in my life she is and was a breath of fresh air. I hope to see her again. A very reliable and caring person… does paperwork for you when other doctors shrug it off! Excellent doctor , she gets all 5’s and how I found her was rate a doctor .

I AM NOT A PATIENT
I received a package of what I assume to be a persons medical information but the address is wrong. I called the office to ask them what they wanted me to do with the package and the receptionist told me to "post it on Facebook and the person will come get it".

This is someones medical information that you have sent to the wrong address and instead of taking ownership of it you tell me to post it on Facebook? I would be very concerned if this was my doctor. Privacy seems to be not very important for them.

I waited a month to get a “telephone” consult with her to get a referral to a therapist. Her response was “you don’t need a referral I will give you a prescription” and she prescribed me an antidepressant right there on the spot. No consult, no referral, just straight to a medication. I went to another doctor in cochrane and they were appalled. Do not go to her if you want sound medical advice. 100% prescription fan here.

One of the worst doctors I have ever had. Cancels appointments last minute, doesn’t leave any openings for urgent appointments and when she does finally have an opening she is routinely 15-20 minutes late. This doctor is not one I would recommend in Cochrane
