Most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Campbell is okay but his staff are rude and unhelpful. Every time I came for my appointments they were running over an hour behind (and one time I had a 2:45pm appointment and didn’t get called back until 4:30pm). Ridiculous! Especially for a wellness and pain care center! They think someone with chronic back pain, hip pain, and nerve damage can sit in their scrawny crappy waiting room chairs that long?! Don’t waste you’re time here.

I was highly impressed with the doctor's knowledge base, his attire, attitude and professionalism. As a retired registered nurse I tend evaluate any medical professionals that care for me, including my family. Dr. Campbell puts at 80% of physicians to shame honestly there are so many who could and need to see how to be professional, classy and have a personality that's inviting to patients who are hurt, nervous, etc. His bedside manner is exempt.

I'm a long time, chronic pain patient who has been suffering from numerous complex issues. Which apparently was of no concern to this office because after filling out bundles of paperwork (both online and in their office) and being unbelievably submitted to a urine test before even seeing a doctor, I was eventually seen by a nurse practitioner (on my initial and final visit). Which was not only a complete waste of my time, it was also extremely painful and degrading. Under what circumstances does any type of health care professional require a urine test from a new patient prior to even being seen? Additionally, in the 5-minutes I was provided with the clueless nurse practitioner she blatantly lied to me about current FDA regulations. I honestly couldn't get out of the place fast enough. Save your time, money and frustration because there are much more professional pain physicians elsewhere. I wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it!

This doctor is amazing and very good at what he does. However, his staff never picks up the phone and therefore, forces you to "leave a message" then never calls back . There isn't any follow through with the patients. The doctor is worth putting up with this nonsense, but the office staff needs ANOTHER overhaul.

Dr Camp elk and his staff put your comfort at the forefront of your care, and sometimes that is as simple as explaining every step on your treatment. If you have multiple possibilities for treatment Dr Campbell explains every aspect so the you can make an informed decision. Him and his staff are the friendliest that I have encountered.

Not only is my Primary Care Dr impressed with Dr. Campbell I am too. It is so refreshing to have a Dr. listen and really know how to help not just nod his head and push another drug but actually help you understand what is causing the problem and give choices how to fix or make it better. I recommend him to all who complain of chronic pain! Best pain Dr I have seen in the 15yrs of suffering.
