It’s not a Dr. herself but her office female staff (could be her secretary) attitude is terrible and unacceptable. The way she talks me on the phone is rude and impolite. She even hung up the phone while still I’m talking to her! I think she doesn’t suit to work in the hospital for patients. I really wish Dr. Farcas can replace her staff. I’m even thinking to change the Dr. because this rude staff.

Have to leave after 2 hours of waiting despite being the first appointment of the day. Not seen, not cared about, no care given. Book anyone else.

Dr Farcas is nice and very professional. However, I have to agree w/other patients' comments here regarding receptionist/admin staff' poor performance. Secretary or receptionist not very helpful. Will take ages before a patient get a reply or appt.

I would like to really thank Dr. Farcas and team of amazing residents who are very knowledgable, caring and most importantly took care of me! I recently had a major surgery taken place at St. Michaels after battling a complicated case for almost a year with my kidneys with on going issues previously that took place at Sick Kids. Dr. Farcas has provided me alot of hope with this procedure and im hoping for the best results! Thank you for all that you and your team do!

Dr Farcas was Absolutely Amazing with my Father and myself. I have been a RN for over20 yrs and she was great. We have seen a few Urologists regarding the same issue and she finally got to the bottom of the problem. Dr. Farcas put my Father's safety First! High risk of bleeding and other serious medical issues. The Admin. staff was fine. No issues. It's a Busy place. We all need to have a little patience. Once we met with Dr. Farcas, she definitely took her time reviewing all my Father's medical history

Dr Farcas is running a zoo. Appointment times are just fictitious. I have no clue how knowledgeable she is since she is represented by a team of freshly-minted doctors who are all in several stages of still learning on the guinea pig patients. Procedures are not necessarily performed by her. She may make a token appearance. The entire ambiance is not something that puts one's mind at ease. Friendliness and returning calls are certainly not the office staff's most remarkable features.
