Dr farcas has great surgical techniques but isnt attentive to her patients. her admin is the worst towards patients, not sure why she is still here after all this time given her horrible attitude

The secretary of Dr Farcas is not professional at all.
You call the office, leave messages. No one returns your calls
You have her on the phone, she cannot answer your questions as she is in the middle of something more important do to and tells you to call next week. Very impolite and with a attitude. She doesn't really care about patients at all. And she hangs up the phone

She is incompetent as far as I am concerned - she burnt me during my last cyctoscope and very quickly told me it was permanent and then tried to get me to come back to her for BCE treatments. Rating -10000!

Diagnosed with bladder cancer. Had surgery apparently by this doctor (but who knows; she's surrounded by interns as far as the eye can see. Don't count on seeing her when you have an appointment), and no cancer was found!! Bled for two months and not exactly a bit.
Called the office but there was no interest in seeing me. Why her waiting room is usually packed is a mystery to me. You better shop around.

Amazing Doctor. Her secretary is one of the rudest people that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She needs to get rid of the attitude and realize that she is suppose to help people. Maybe it is time for her secretary to retire.

Dr. Farcas is a gem..Took the time to explain all details prior to surgery and post surgery..never in a hurry..very pleasant and kind..
I would recommend her to anyone needing urologist expertise..

Dr Farcusis a great Doctor who helped me out through my surgery. She helped fix me whqt Sudbury Doctors couldnt do. Simple surgery in Sudbury that went not so good almost died thanknu for your work Dr Farcus and St Micheals operating staff. T from Sudbury

It’s not a Dr. herself but her office female staff (could be her secretary) attitude is terrible and unacceptable. The way she talks me on the phone is rude and impolite. She even hung up the phone while still I’m talking to her! I think she doesn’t suit to work in the hospital for patients. I really wish Dr. Farcas can replace her staff. I’m even thinking to change the Dr. because this rude staff.
