Kept me waiting 2 hours after appt. time. and when he finally met with me he was rude , curt and condescending His staff was also not very pleasant when inquiries made regarding the appt. delay.

had a duodenal switch with him in 2011.Got bumped 7 hrs on the surgery, I know these things can't be helped. No apology from him, in fact he was rude and condescending in the hospital, blaiming me for medical issues that came up I think he is probably a brilliant surgeon, but the hospital aftercare was poor. I understand that surgeons are not known for their bedside manner, but he takes it to a whole new level. It is really a pity, because he could really be a great Dr. if he got his post -op care together.

Had laparoscopic duodenal switch with him in 2009. He is a brilliant surgeon but a lousy diagnostician. Can be curt. Not the best bedside manner, but he has great surgical skill.

Office staff atrocious. Went in for gallbladder issues, he started tried to sell me on lap band. Waited 2+ hours in waiting room without apology. Wouldn't go back if he was last doctor around.

This is a skilled and brilliant surgeon. There are not enough good thikngs I can say about him. He has been my dr for 5 years now.
