Dr Matthew Kyla seem to be an amazing neurologist but the receptionist and staff seem to be unprofessional and very rude over the phone. The have a policy to return call after 24-48h they never return call or call you back. When you finally get the line they are rude and don’t have any empathies toward you ..

What a fantastic Doctor! Staff was amazing as well. He professionally, 100% diagnosed Carpal tunnel in my wrist. Overall a nice person and doctor indeed. You'll receive real professional health care from him. Thank you Doctor Kula. 6 stars if I had the choice!

I was very impressed with my two experiences with Dr. Kula, in person and via telephone. He was very knowledgeable & able to talk to my level to understand what was going on. He was quite friendly & I felt that he was sincerely interested in me and my health. His staff was also professional and organized. I'm happy that he is my doctor!

Thank you Dr. Kula for treating and monitoring my epilepsy! Highly recommend this qualified and knowledgeable physician. I was able to get my testing done and a follow up appointment in a timely manner, the staff were quick to answer and liaise my care. Great team of professionals, keep it up

Great, compassionate, informative specialist with great follow up. Fortunately I do not need to see him again in the foreseeable future but would not hesitate to recommend him. During both visits his front desk staff were off hand and lacked the professional polish expected at a specialist office. I feel there are probably a shared staff and should not deter one from seeing this very good Dr.

I saw Dr. Kula for a few years. He diagnosed me with epilepsy after a few seizures. He never ran tests or inquired about other symptoms I was having during these seizures. In the end my FD and I discovered that I had been misdiagnosed. His solutions are very traditional, he does not think outside the box, or put two and two together. His bedside manner is also not great. He can be very harsh at times.

I experienced a 2nd seizure at the age of 42. 1st was at 37. Phone appointment was all of 16 minutes!!!! Basically was told I have epilepsy just because of 2nd seizure. No further testing ordered, he did not even look at my latest EEG from just after the last seizure in June, my professional driving career is over!! He did not want to explore any other plausible reasons. Had low phosphate levels when admitted to ER, under tremendous amount of stress in home life, not sleeping enough. Basically go on LTD get my employer to retrain me, if that is not possible have LTD retrain me for new career. F@$k this insensitive prick sitting in his pompous downtown office.
