I found this doctor to be very arrogant and dismissive. He didn’t listen to me, and made me feel very stupid. He told me there is only one treatment that is very expensive. I used medication he said I needed to use several years ago, and became quite ill. He said is the only answer. I left feeling defeated.

Wonder super kind smart doctor finally a dr that listen to me gave me. A lot of time and diagnose my illness that is very rare. My sister son said that he teaches at med school and is a very nice professor we are blessed to have this doctor here in london

Very good doctor very caring he helped me with my cough and allergies now I can sleep 100 per cent better it was worth the wait to get in thank your dr Kuprowski

This doctor is very knowledgeable very kind and considerate it is very very difficult to treat allergies he saved my son life twice and excellent care to my husband. I can not thank him enough the are both 90 per better thanks to this doctor I have been seen by others but he is the best

Staff was nice but Dr. Kuprowski was a horrible and arrogant man who refused to listen! I kept breaking out in allergic reactions and would get bumps and itch all over my body. It only happened at home. I have sensitive skin so even if I scratched my nail on my arm you would see a bump rise in the area I scratched. So when I saw him he did a few of those scratch tests on the arm and came back and said I just had sensitive skin because my arm made a mark for everything and I am not allergic to everything. I had already told him that my arm would make a mark for everything and that is not my issue. Those marks he made do not itch but my problem is my whole body breaks into itching and bumps - an allergic reaction. He kept going back at how he could make marks on my skin and it creates bumps and I kept saying I agree those are not allergic reactions and I did not come here because I get bumps if I scratch myself. All my life if I scratch I may get a mark on myself and that is sensitive skin and I told him I had that my whole life and I am not coming here for that reason. Something changed in the last 1-2 years and I break into an itching reaction with bumps all over my body.

I explained that when I get an allergic reaction I itch non stop until I bleed and I only get it in my house and no where else. Then he challenged me saying that I could not say I get it no where else because I don’t spend as much time in other places as home! Ridiculous! I explained to him how I stayed 3 weeks at my parents house and never got this allergic itchy breakout and then he said that was probably in my head because that is not how allergies work and I should get it everywhere I go. Then I said….not if there is something in my environment that is creating it verses other environments. He kept saying it was in my head and then sent me home saying to give it 2-3 more months and if it is still happening to come back. But I told him I waited a year of this going on and the. Several more months to get this appointment and the whole time this allergy was going on so now waiting 2-3 more months ….why would this go away? It is because he assumed it was in my head. He was so arrogant in his dealings and unwilling to listen to my problem and kept refusing to send me for an allergy test. He only did the scratch test. I kept saying i waited all this time for an appointment at least send me to get an allergy test and he said no because it was just sensitive skin!!! Because he did not have an answer he made up the reason that it must all be in my head! He would not even do the basic allergy blood test to rule out an allergy even though my complaint was for an allergy …not sensitive skin! I’m sorry but spontaneously getting itchy and itching until I bleed is not in my head and is an allergic reaction!

So after a few months I returned and insisted this time he should do the allergy blood test. So he did and then found out I had an allergy to dust mites! I had just gotten married 2 years previous and my husband brought in his 20 year old mattress and so we got rid of that and bought a new one and the allergic reaction stopped and never had it come back since. This is why it was an environmental factor because something in my house was causing it…..but according to him….not possible….it must be in my head if I say it only happens at home!

If he had not kept refusing to an allergy test I could have figured it out earlier. Even on that that next apt he was refusing to do an allergy test and saying the same garbage and I finally got stern with him ….what is the problem to do a basic allergy test….it is a blood test? And if we are trying to rule things out that why not? So he agreed. Then he came in like he was amazing and discovered my allergy! Arrogant!

This doctor talked down to me in a demeaning way. As if I had 3 heads. He dismissed my concerns and was not helpful whatsoever. Waste of my time.

I'm 64. After decades of problems with digestion I went to find out what foods I should not be eating. I got nowhere. Waste of time. Not only that, I had to travel from Sarnia to London for the appointment. I found out later that Dr. Kuprowski is in Sarnia one day a week. Why my appointment was not scheduled for the day that he is in my own city, is beyond me. So it was a waste of time and a waste of gas money. I asked if there were tests for food allergies and the assistance told me they just did skin tests for environmental allergies. The Dr. told me i likely just had IBS when I knew that already. That's why I was there. To find out WHAT triggers my IBS. I found out nothing other than I'm allergic to cats, which i don't eat, btw. lol

Wonderful of staff and doctors! They're wonderful with my kids, and answer EVERY question I have/had.
