If your child suddenly gets very sick on the day of her appt. you have to take her to her appt. or you will be charged $100.00 and if you don't pay you will not be allowed to rebook a yearly testing appt.

Zero empathy and very unethical for a long time patient who has never called to cancel an appt. due to a sudden illness ever. Rich patients and those with drug plans etc. needed only at this clinic.
I chose to get my groceries for the week with that $100.00.
Really feel horrible for saying that but I will save up so I can rebook an appt.

I find Dr. Kloth is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She answered all my questions. I was confortable with her assessment of my issue. I took the steps she recommended and it has helped me immensely.

I love doctor Kloth. She is extremely knowledgeable and continues her education outside of the workplace. She has been doing this for many years and with experience is able to diagnose very quickly. Due to the lack of allergists in London, punctuality is difficult for them. I do wish they would answer the phones more but they do usually get back to you via email. Debra is a very kind and compassionate Dr.

Dr. Kloth is very well rounded and right on the money. She seems to get it. However her receptionist is a barrier and doesn't help facilitate good communication between patient and doctor. In fact, she erases messages I informed the doctor I would share with her and she was bold enough to tell me she was going to delete my critical message. If you don't remember how you directed a patient to communicate or if you weren't clear on your messaging in the first place, don't lambaste a patient when they simply follow your directions. You manage communications, be clear about your messaging from the begining. There is nothing worse than someone who chews out a patient, when the patient simply followed the directions they were given. It's poor customer service! Everyone is stressed, everyone is under pressure right now. We are all in this together.

Dr Kloth is wonderful, but her staff are so rude and unhelpful I couldn't take it anymore and had to switch Dr's. Having to wait a month for a 1 minute conversation about a vaccine is insanity.

When your pediatricians staff tells you that your childs health card expired and says you will have to pay for an appointment after 9 years, when it was only expired a week, only to be called and explained it was reported lost and stolen on the phone. Only one issue is addressed per appointment. A pediatrician that forgets her regular children clients to pump out allergy shots and asthma clinic. Very disappointing.

They never return calls or emails. They cannot tell time and you will wait until they please. Their attitude is that you are lucky to be in their presence. The receptionist is extremely rude and in general a horrible person. Unless you want to be treated like dirt go somewhere else. We did because of how they treat people. They are not gods and should not act that way

If you are a dad they will not speak to you moms only. Just so they know it takes a mom and a dad to make and raise children and they automatically assume if you are a dad you have no rights wether you live with you kids or not. Do not use this dr she and her staff are sexist and rude.
