Was referred by my family Dr. got a hastily spoken voice mail from his admin that I had a phone appt at 7:30pm coming up. Weird time but okay, I put in the calendar. I waited for the call around 7 pm onwards..nothing. Check my calls and I had a call at 4:30 pm from St Josephs... and a voice mail that said nothing. I guess I'm expected to wait by my phone anyday I have an appointment. I'm going to ask for a referral to someone else, somewhere else. Maybe with someone who didnt graduate before I was born and can handle making a phone call at an arranged time?

I LOVE this guy. Thanks to him, I found out that I have several allergies (especially ragweed). I was initially put on antihistamines and a nasal spray, but we quickly determined at my follow-up appointment that allergy shots were the way to go. It's one of the best decision I have made! His staff is amazing and everyone (including Dr. Moote) is always in a great mood. They accommodated me when I had scheduling issues: five stars!

Changes his mind a lot and doesn't remember one stuff from the previous appointments that he suggested. He contradicted himself multiple times during my visit. Didn't take a reaction seriously despite hospital records and how they dealt with it. didnt believe what I was telling him. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr moote is amazing and most of his staff is also. I only had one staff member who was a little rude but overall I was so happy with the care I received :)

We have seen dr moote 3xs the first time was great he was helpful fast forward a yr later and hes not very helpful doesnt think my daughter is allergic to something dispite the positive test. She has other testing done then we go back for results to find out he doesnt have them my thought was u could have been kind and called to tell me instead of letting me drive a hour pay for parking for nothing.. he got short with my son cause he touched a plant in the window sil my son has a receptive language delay so he doesnt alywas understand whats being said to him dr moote belittled him i wasnt impressed and what the heck do u have a freaking plant in a allergy office for like seriously .. no sents allowed because of allergies etc but you can have a freaking plant cause that makes sense. We havent heard from Dr moote since our apt in aug even though he said he would call and book us in not impressed with him at all
